Recent Review: Communication was good, and scheduling time was reasonable. Their staff was friendly and lead worker who came to the house did a good job explaining and answering any questions I had. I purchased the deal to clean the furnace and it took about 5 minutes so I feel like $150 was a little expensive for that, and I would not get it again unless I knew the system was really dirty.

Recent Review: Moved in to new home with Home Warranty. Two days later heat stopped working. The Home Warranty sent Robert out to repair the heat. He fixed it but it failed the next day, the motor died. it was original to the house (about 16yrs old) so Ihad him give me an estimate for new furnace and outside unit. He was honest and fair and did not take advantage of my situation. $3200 for a Rheem HVAC system was within my budget...replacing my old Heat Pump system.

Recent Review: The project went perfect. Mr. Heine had to call the manufacturer of my older furnace and verify that it could be mounted horizontally instead of the vertical position it had been in. I appreciate that he put in the extra effort and didn't try to get me to buy a new furnace. The entire system has been working perfectly since 2013 (this review is being done in 2017). I called Mr. Heine out one time to help balance the air flow and he came out when I was available.

Recent Review: I was having intermittent furnace issues. The first time they sent someone out, everything checked out OK. A few weeks later, the furnace started acting up again. I called them and they sent someone out in a couple hours which I was very pleased with. The technician diagnosed the problem and put in a new furnace control board. Per the invoice, the second service call ended up costing: Board cost - $75, service fee this visit - $335. Took about 2 hours. I spent the better part of $500 in two visits to get my furnace repaired.
