Recent Review: We had a roof leak that was leaking into our entry way. It had been raining and the damage was becoming more extensive. Mr. Diaz came out during a rainy day and patch the leak to prevent further damage. Once the weather clear and there was no more storms. Mr. Diaz and his crew fixed the leak, replaced old shingles, our chimney was also leaking so, he made the necessary repairs.

Recent Review: After a heavy rainstorm, the roof (metal) leaked and we had water pour into our home. I found staz-on[roofing and they came out and repaired it. No more leaks after that. Good service and very professional.

Recent Review: Sage Roofing worked with my insurance company to have new roof replaced on November 2015. For the most part everything went well from initial inspection to scheduling to final installation and they completed the whole job in one day! However, during installation, workers damaged a retractable awning that was mounted on the roof. They needed to be more careful when reattaching the awning. It took several calls and weeks, but they finally repaired the movable arms of the awning. Also, one section of my roof had flat rolled roofing. It began to have raised or warped areas so I was concerned about future leaking. It took many telephone calls, emails, text messages, and several months before they came out to inspect and make necessary repairs almost a year later. So I would say... while they did the job, their response time to honor their warranty could be improved upon.

Recent Review: My experiance with Kayne Builders was very good. They did everything that they said they were going to do and then some. They answered the phone or returned our call within a reasonable time every time. Not only that but received constant updates from Shelby and staff atleast 2 to 3 times a week. My roof looks amazing I recieve complaments on it! My roof. My neighbor across the street have expressed regret and dissapointment in not choosing my roofing contractor. Once we got through the entire process I fully understand the Warranty stipulations and i Have a common knowledge of the roofing process. He was never rushed. He was very informative and expressed the information I needed in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would say that the entire process from the date the storm happened to the time that work was completed and final payment was made covered about 6 weeks. we got to know Shelby pretty well through that process and with out a doubt We know that we made the right choice. One problem that happened wast the supply companydelivered materials and the fork lift had some type oil leak and it got all over thedriveway and the street. Shelby responded quickly and was at my house almost immediatly. He got a preassure washer and cleaned not just my driveway but all down the street also. It was obviously not his fault but he handled the situation quickly and correctly. He does not know this yet but he is going to be enclosing my patio and building me my little paradise. I cant wait! Overall was a great experiance!

Recent Review: It seemed like a long time since we first contacted him, so the job was actually not done on time because of the rain. He is based out of a city that is further away from where we live and he was busy with his clients as he was scheduled with them. Some of the jobs were of more emergency when compared to ours. So we had to keep re-scheduling him and the job was getting delayed. We have had rains since the job was completed and we haven't had any leaks.

Recent Review: Aaron Nicholson did an excellent job fixing a minor roof leak issue quickly. I discovered the issue on a Saturday night, left a voicemail Sunday morning, got a call back within 30 minutes, and Aaron was able to come to my house Monday morning to inspect the issue. Luckily it was an easy issue, and Aaron was able to fix it on the spot. He was the only firm indicating that they are open for business on a weekend on Angie's list. Now, that is customer service. Aaron will be my default choice for roof repairs going forward. Would highly recommend to others for any roofing problems.

Recent Review: Blue Ribbon Roofing was great to work with. When I found a bad leak over the weekend, they actually answered their phone and responded immediately. Turns out that we had hail damage and they worked well with our insurance company to get the work done in a timely fashion. We ended up having to replace the entire roof. They were able to complete the entire large roof replacement in one day and left the job site immaculate. Would definitely hire again.
