Superior Surface Restoration Inc
Very pleased with the service. I contacted several contractors who claimed the chips couldn't be repaired and that the entire countertop would need to be refinished. Bobby was able to fix the chips without refinishing the entire counter and did a great job matching the color. You can hardly notice where the repair was made and I am very particular. For context, I have spent much time and money remodeling a house and I have had to call every single contractor back out to the house to fix something with the except of these guys. Great work. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Dream Renovationz
We had cracks throughout our house due to foundation problems. After having our foundation repaired, we hired Dream Renovationz to repair our sheetrock and make a few upgrades. Cane and his crew fixed all the cracks throughtout the house, retextured and painted. After the sheetrock repair, we decided to have all the out dated interior doors replaced. We also had them replace our kitchen counter tops and sink with custom concrete counter tops, copper sink, and new back splash. They were exceptionally clean and professional through the entire process. They kept the funiture and floors covered while working, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Dream Renovationz went the extra mile, and the end result is absolutely beautiful.

We came across North Dallas Renovations when we’re looking for someone to help us fix some subfloor issues on our second story. Kitchen Solvers of North Dallas
Eric did a good job with our kitchen remodel and fixed issues that were found; it just took longer than we expected. Luckily, our neighbor and my mom were able to help with letting him in or I would have missed over a month of work throughout the 3 month project. We ended up with a leak after the plumber installed our new sink/garbage disposal, but Eric got a new plumber out quickly to resolve the issue and repaired the cabinet that was affected.

Masterpiece Tile & Grout
This was the second time I've used Masterpiece Tile & Grout and it will not be the last. The first job was to redo our entire guest shower which was done to our expectations and in a timely manner. In fact I received a lot of good suggestions from Larry when planning the work that ended up being incorporating into the shower. The second job was to fix an area in our master bath shower that had to be ripped out due to a water leak. The work was completed within a few days of our initial meeting to discuss the work. I am currently in the process of working with Masterpiece to redo the floor and replace the vanity in our guest bath.

AJ & Rick , very attentive at first, towards end, we felt our concerns fell on deaf ears, Because they didn't meet deadline for remodel with other jobs on their mind. A month later we have plumbing problems, we find out that Stephan the plumber/electrician is not licensed. They were pressured to fix our problems with a licensed plumbe, two problems were fixed, the third was refused due to costly repairs....the more pressure was put on them, the nastier they became. I DO NOT! Recommend their businesses.

DFW Improved is top notch! We are extremely happy with their professionalism, quality of work, and timeliness. Three month after moving to a new home our dishwasher leaked and complete damaged the kitchen hardwood floor. It was very stressful time for us and we weren’t sure what will it take to fix it all. Get Clean Carpet & Tile
The gentlemen from Get Clean came out and repaired the scorch by recrystalizing that section of the counters, and then polishing everything around it to make sure it all blended in. They did an excellent job and I can once again look at my counters without becoming angry with the original installer. They were very professional, on time for both the estimate and the work, and I would recommend them to others.

It went great! I was a little nervous calling contractors, as this was my first time getting into a project like this. Carl spent more than an hour or more asking me questions, taking notes, and dimensions. A few days later he sent me a floor plan, cabinet drawings, and some other pictures of his previous work to show me what he was talking about. The estimate was 10 pages long with lots of details. Having a plan helped put my mind at ease. I could start to see my vision come to life. Craftsman Connection scheduled my job a couple months out so I wouldn’t have delays with the counter top company. Carl started on the day we planned a couple months ago, and everything went according to schedule. What I liked the most is there was not any surprises, he cares a lot about the quality he delivers, and was at my house everyday until the project was completed.

Our first contractor was an absolute nightmare. Craig and his team swooped in and saved the day! Craig listened to our ideas and was honest and realistic in his recommendations for our space. The work done is of very high quality - tile, countertop and cabinets are gorgeous! We had a small leak as a result of the previous owner's diy repair work, and Craig's team came back out after the project was done to fix the problem free of charge. We've passed his contact information to family and friends. Craig's team is prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Ismael was great! The one thing I noticed about his work is that he is so detailed and makes sure he keeps the customer satisfied. He has done laminate flooring for me and the work was beautiful. He helped me pick out the colors. He's my go-to handyman. If i need something fixed, I know Ismael will do a great job! He's patched a wall, fixed my plumbing, tore out my kitchen and remodeled it the way I wanted it. Highly recommend him.

Artisan Granite Countertops
Steve's company came in and fixed my granite and did a great job, however, Steve had to cancel coming the same day to fix my grout due to traffic, so he came back 4 days later to finish. Probably my only complaint is that when he came in he was letting me know that he hadn't slept the night before and he was tired. I personally don't want to hear that when you are just about to fix something in my house. But, all in all I would hire him again for granite work.

Super Service Award Recent Review: The remodel went very well. I had work done at my rent house and the kitchen had not been upgraded since the house was built in the 80s. Everything was out dated. DOTS refinished cabinets, floors, granite counter tops, tiled, repairs and painted. They also put in molding in the family one and painted and tiled the watch one. They transformed and it looked fabulous. They were always punctual and on time. The price was reasonable. There was no surprises. They finished the project when they said they would. I was extremely pleased and will use them again for all my remodel needs.

Recent Review: I was referred to Bobby Lopez by a friend and neighbor. We started with the paint job and since that went so well we hired him for the floors and countertops. Bobby is very easy to work with, trustworthy and dependable. He stuck to a schedule and would come when he said he would. His employees were polite, professional, and cleaned up after their work. They did a tremendous job and we really appreciated their hard work. Our wood work was not just painted but cleaned and sanded first. Two coats of Sherwin Williams paint were applied to the walls. I felt very comfortable asking for whatever touch ups I wanted done when they were finished. Bobby works with a granite installer who was great at his work, too. The house looks fantastic and we were really pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will hire them again when we repaint the exterior.
