Recent Review: Almost one year ago Berkey's installed a new air conditioning and heating system in our home. At the same time they installed a new hot water. Both projects were successfully completed by their outstanding technicians. We are now satisfied customers of Berkey's yearly maintenance program for our air conditioning/ heating, plumbing and electrical needs.

Recent Review: Our builder-installed system finally caved after 4 coil failures in10 years. The incredibly great reviews that Air Patrol has received really worked and led us straight to their door. The 5-Star Service starts with Roya, who may just be the most pleasant Customer Service person in the Home Service industry. She took our call and appointment scheduling as if it were the most important and fun contact she had all day. Shawn came to the house and explained every detail as to how our current installation was faulty and what equipment was needed and what he intended to do. Again, the most pleasant and informed HVAC business owner we have ever encountered…and we have been around awhile. He immediately followed up and emailed a contract that detailed everything we had discussed and more, with fair, reasonable, and just plain great pricing. On installation day, Shawn had promised arrival by 8:30 and, at 8:30, the truck pulled up. The Team, all of whom have been mentioned in previous reviews, got to work at once. Yorman, Beto, Francisco and Josiah covered the floors with both tarps and quilts, wore masks and shoe covers, and did everything to ensure that they kept the house safe and clean. They worked diligently from 8:30 to 6:30 and completed the tear down and install of a complete HVAC system in that time. All that with having to maneuver back and forth, up and down through a 2-story townhome to get from the garage staging area to the attic. The Carrier system is working great, and we included two Ecobee (5) Smart Thermostats just to make it fun. The difference in this system to what we had cannot be measured. Beyond EXCELLENT. Will be signing up for their preventive maintenance program and calling them exclusively for service. Air Patrol is truly worthy of all their rave reviews and we are pleased to offer another to the collection. Most highly recommended.

Recent Review: Mark arrived on time for the estimate which included details that other estimates had not included. It was clear that Mark was very experienced and knowledgable about what needed to be done to comply with my city's codes. I was able to schedule the install quickly. He and Cody arrived right on time for the install and did a fantastic job. The quality of their work was great, and they were so clean you could hardly tell they were in my house for 4 hours. I have high expectations, so this is not something I would say for everyone. The hot water comfort system provides almost instant hot water and is a very nice feature to have. Mark had to come back to install a second sensor valve, as my water system has 2 hot water loops. Again he was right on time and got the job done quickly. Mark is very easy to communicate with and presents himself in a very professional manner. I would definitely call him again whenever I need a plumber.

Recent Review: We contacted Tom a few weeks ago after seeing many positive reviews on Angie's List. He came out to the house and spent a considerable amount of time going through all of our options for a new front door and had many great recommendations. He did not try to hard sell us anything and was very patient with our initial indecisiveness. He helped us come up with the most cost effective and durable option. he was very thorough and knowledgeable. The door took two weeks to be built and another week to be delivered. Tom did excellent work and was very professional and courteous. After looking at several big box stores and then talking with Tom we felt he would do a far better job and was selling a far better quality product then what we were finding elsewhere. On the day of the install Tom arrived around 7:30 a.m. He started work immediately removing the old door which he also hauled away. By 1:30 p.m. Tom had completely installed the new door and cleaned up the mess created during the install. He worked at a steady pace the entire time and was very thorough, making sure everything was perfect. This was the best experience we have had with a contractor before and I will be recommending Tom to my friend's and family.

Recent Review: Company Rep. Randy Pierce visited my house for the estimate. He actually arrived early which was nice. After I purchased the unit, I had to reschedule the install due to a work conflict. Since I was more than 24 hours out from the install, Randy was able to reschedule without any snags. The AirCo crew arrived on time to perform the install, removed the old unit and installed the new unit and upgraded the electrical. The total install took about half the time I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. When it's time to upgrade the interior unit, I'll be calling AirCo. They're that good.

Recent Review: It was fantastic They created an outdoor oasis for us in both the front and back gardens. We have three large trees and not only did they uplight but they also have this really cool technique called moon lighting where lights are installed high in the trees and shine down through the branches and leaves - a really nice effect.

Recent Review: They did an excellent job on the arbor, removing the fiberglass and replacing with wooden slats. They installed a ceiling fan in a different part of the patio. The stone work on the front bed is very nicely done. They removed all the existing plants and prepped the bed for planting. Three trees were installed with a one-year guarantee. The "professional" compost used for preparing the soil was half sand (which wasn't particularly evenly distributed in the bed) which is not my preference, but I'll see how it works with the planting. I would've preferred a lot more organic material.

Recent Review: Andy reviewed the system previously installed. He recommended added the sprinkle head to one area and added one more zone. He also rearranged the sprinkle heads and changed sprinkle heads for optimal effectiveness of coverage of both flower bed and lawn area, The charge was reasonable

Offered to provide service immediately or give me time to think about it/call and schedule. Brian and Shawn were awesome. Will definitely use C&B again. On another positive note, C&B wired our house during the build so nice to know we're using the same company.

Recent Review: Mike was the Electrician that came and performed the installation. He had to remove my old lighting fixture and replaced it with the new chandelier. He also installed a swag hook so that the chain attached to the chandelier could be moved to be centered over the dining table. He followed my requests perfectly, and I was pleased with his responsiveness.
