Recent Review: The new roof was removed and installed in 2 days as Kevin promised. The skylights had to be installed at a later date because they were a custom size and they replaced all the rotten wood at no additional cost for the inconvenience. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the thorough cleanup performed by the roofing crew. They worked late each evening to get the work done and cleaned up each day before they left. I upgraded the roofing materials and still thought the price was a good one. The insulation was installed in less than an hour with no mess, a pleasant surprise. I was really pleased the fact that Kevin maintained contact with me and was willing to make corrections and changes with no hassles. He also provided us a mitigation form to take to the insurance company at no extra charge. If you want a new roof, I would highly recommend this group and having Kevin as a contact was a bonus!

Recent Review: They removed old windows and installed replacement windows. They removed and reinstalled siding around the windows, due to a problem that they encountered while removing the old windows. They did good work and were pretty fast. They were good and treated us right. Later on down the road, we have called to replace a windows under warranty and they have responded quickly and honored their warranty and replaced the windows for free.

Recent Review: Went well. Very nice finish and have received complements from neighbors on the project. We priced three providers. EMA was not quite the lowest (but close), but we felt was worth the slightly higher cost. EMA's success meant we had to wait several weeks to get them on site (but we knew this coming in). Once they were on site, they worked expeditiously to get through the project. The on-site foreman Jamie explained the work and was a real craftsman. One "change order" arose during the work. We came to a fair, negotiated price for the added work. One tip: if you have siding installed on your house, make sure you take frames/photos off the walls inside your house. The hammering can knock these off the wall. We didn't experience any damage during the install, but luckily the work started in an area that didn't have anything valuable hanging on the opposite interior wall.

Recent Review: The quality of workmanship is excellent and the price was very competitive based on other estimates I received. Since there was existing siding on the house that the new siding would touch, ARCO took some time to find a siding Manufacturer whose product matched the existing siding to a tee. The only nit I have is that ARCO called the morning of the app't to advise they would arrive within a 2-hour window. That 2-hour window came and went and they arrived about 45 minutes late. I understand that "stuff happens" however a phone call advising of their delay would have been appreciated.

Recent Review: Bone Dry Roofing was very prompt and professional in responding to my initial request for an estimate. I called several companies the same day and they were the first ones to respond. One company got back to me three weeks later and a couple never did return my calls. Anyway, Pat came out to the house a couple of days later to measure and inspect the roof. We discussed in some detail what needed done and in another couple of days I had a very detailed estimate written up for the work. After reviewing a couple of other estimates, I noticed that Pat's measurements were a bit on the high side, but after exchanging a couple of emails, he was quick to make an adjustment and provide an updated estimate. They didn't have the lowest price out there, but it was not out of line. After reviewing my options, I decided that I liked their thoroughness and professionalism and hired Bone Dry to do the work. I signed the contract and received a call the next day to schedule the work. A week later, work began. They sent out a crew of fifteen people and after a quick review with the job supervisor, Cody, they started tearing off the old roof. They put tarps and boards all around the house to protect flowerbeds and windows. With this big of a job, there is an expectation that there will be some minor damage to bushes, plants, etc. There were some broken branches and one unfortunate rose bush that didn't survive, but nothing major or unexpected. When Pat came back for the final walkthrough, he even brought a new rose bush, which is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty! The job was more than 90% finished at the end of the first day. They would have completed it but for the fact that they were a couple of packs short on the shingles for the ridges. The next day, a small crew of four or five people showed up in the morning. While they waited for Cody to get there with the supplies, the crew went over the yard with the nail magnet a couple more times and they picked up any left over debris from the day before. Once the supplies arrived, they got right to work and finished up pretty quickly. The gutter work was performed by a different crew and was scheduled several days later. All of the work was professionally done and everything was cleaned up very well. I have only found a couple of roofing nails since the job and that is because they were buried in the shrubs. A few days after the gutter work was finished, I met with Pat again for a final walkthrough. He inspected the roof to ensure that all the work had been done correctly. I pointed out a couple of very minor concerns, which he immediately addressed. Then, of course, was the most painful part of the job -- writing the check. I give Bone Dry extra points for the fact that they didn't ask for any payment until the job had been completed. To summarize, Bone Dry did great work and, even though it was an expensive job, I think it was a good value and the work was definitely high quality. I highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: They arrived in the morning and removed my old windows and installed new vinyl double hung windows. Rick worked along side his team and they did a quality job on the installation. By early afternoon, they were finished installing and cleaning the windows and cleaning up so you couldn't even tell they had been there. The windows look and function great!

Recent Review: Excellent windows and company. Price was lower than comparable vinyl windows and the installation crew did an excellent job replacing 25 windows in about a half day. Professional install, good job caulking the new windows, cleaned up when finished, etc. Several days later we noticed several windows had a contaminant between the two layers of glass, and replacement windows were immediately ordered at no charge. Good communication on when the initial installation would occur, when replacements ready for scheduling installation, etc.

Recent Review: The installers were knowledgeable, neat and efficient. It was a difficult job, installing a large set of windows below an existing 'priceless' stain glass window. Patient precision!

Recent Review: Overall we are very pleased with our new windows. The installation crew that eventually installed our windows was great and easy going and did what they said they were going to do. We could only give a 4-star rating, however, because the communication was not up to the level we would expect. I had to call multiple times to check the status of our project rather than being kept in the loop. We found out that the original installer was not doing the job only after I called to confirm the start date with the installer himself. This is info we should have received from LEI rather than me finding out upon calling the installer. As a customer service manager myself, the level of communication to me the customer was not to the level it should have been. Installation, windows, clean-up was GREAT! Communication, not so much.
