Cincinnati Tankless Water Heater Installation

Max was exceptional and went above and beyond. He went out of his way to determine the best place for the installation of the tankless water heater and not what would have been the easiest installation for him. He is a very hard worker, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all questions. We had Arlinnghaus previously install new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. All of their employees have been very pleasant and professional.

They came out and took care of the flush and clean just like they said they would for an unbeatable price. Very professional start to finish.

The install was done professionally and was seamless conversion from traditional water heater. Technician was very knowledge with install and product.

Rick removed our old water heater and replaced it with the installation of a tankless water heater. All work was done in one day, and we are very happy with it. Rick was recommended by a friend and we have been using him for all of our plumbing repair needs for over 5 years. Rick has always been prompt, honest, courteous, and does great work. I'd recommended him, and will continue to call on him for all our plumbing needs.

3 appointments to finally get it done as they came out the first two times without the materials to do the job and they seemed unaware of the job they had been called to do.

This was by far the best experience I had with any contractor. From the very first visit James was on time, very easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Him and his staff were at my house every morning at exactly the time frame they said they would be and worked hard to complete the project. The quality of workmanship and products used exceeded expectations. With this experience there is no other company I would use for any upcoming projects. HIGHLY recommend!

I have used Hines before and would use them again. They installed a tankless water heater along with a filter system-all is working perfectly. The owner is Scott Hines-ask for him. He is also a firefighter in the community. Great work ethic, quality work and a fair price.

Absolutely superb. I am a highly knowledgeable individual familiar and accomplished in nearly every building trade. I am a long-time Nieman customer for this reason: VALUE for the dollar. No, Nieman won't always be your overall lowest cost option, but if you absolutely want the most professional work done at the lowest price for the highest quality work, go no further. For this particular job, I was preemptively replacing my 11-year-old tank water heater with a tankless model. To my friends I'm known as Mr. Research, and consistent with that I had decided upon a Takagi T-H3-DV and requested a quote from Nieman as well as another well-respected contractor. Once again, Nieman had a slightly better price, but more importantly, unlike the other contractor, they had done a true detailed analysis of what needed to be done to make the installation perfect. I've worked with Nieman's master plumber Joe Geisler for years and requested he do the work. To be concise, the work was done quickly and with attention to detail seldom seen these days. I am always cautious about praising any provider too much, but Nieman is truly the elite in Cincinnati plumbing. Further commentary: Past work: When built, my home was plumbed by what I would call an average plumber. Several problems arose that included an excessively noisy lift station that rocked my bedroom when it cycled. After Nieman re-plumbed it, it's nearly silent. They solved other issues as well with the same level of expertise. Subsequent work: I have a large home with 2 water heaters. I had planned on proactively replacing the 2nd unit when one month after they installed the tankless unit, the second unit failed. I worked closely with Brian Nieman in selecting a tank unit (a better option for this situation) and once again, Nieman quickly and expertly installed my selection.

He is very proffesional and is a perfectionsist. The asthetics are absolutly great. His clean up was great everytime we use him.

They are awesome. They installed all of our HVAC appliances. They fixed noise problems as well. They are always ready to come and fix when they need to. The appliances they install are of high quality, so they need much repair. The personnel are very knowledgeable and professional.

I used the online appointment scheduler, which I like very much and a technician arrived right on time. My water heater was leaking when it heated and I was getting back drafting of combustion products. I was interested in a tankless water heater. He gave me three options: 1) replace just the tank water heater, 2) replace the tank and add a fan to push the exhaust out of the house, or 3) a Rinnai. The Tankless water heater cost a little over twice as much as option 2. I went with it as a home improvement investment and to be more energy efficient. I feel it was a little pricey, but I didn't shop around so I can't really tell. They came back when they said they would, did the job and cleaned up. I have no complaints.

This was an all day job in which Matt and John maintained good spirits and humor. I was impressed by their willingness to keep me informed about their progress and ask my input in placement of the unit and pipes. I have had experiences with other workmen who have completed work and didn't think about small details and conveniences or what my preferences would be. Matt was aware of these details and redirected pipes so they didn't cover windows or stick out when I suggested a different route. Steps of the installation were explained with reasons and they were always willing to answer questions. They kept me informed of their schedule and when they were leaving for lunch and trips for supplies and when they would return. The clean-up was excellent. Both men were professional, efficient and knowledgable, and they were concerned about my satisfaction with their work and the product. I was impressed with their positive feelings about the Apollo company. It was obvious that they were proud of the respect the company showed them and felt they needed to show the same respect to their customer. I am extremely happy with my tankless water heater and with the work that was performed.
