Recent Review: Bzak designed and installed new landscaping for our front yard We were very pleased with the design and the installation was professional. We waited about 3 months from the time we contacted them until the installation was scheduled and then was completed in a day. One of the trees suffered shock after it was planted and we have been assured it will come back in the spring but if not they will replace it. A sprinkler head was damaged during installation and they did replace it. Was disappointed and surprised that they suggested we caused the shock to the tree due to overwatering. The yard has a nice slope so it would be very difficult to overwater anything. They also suggested that the sprinkler head was already damaged but it was clearly obvious by the size of the gash in it that it was struck by the rototiller when they were preparing the planting area. I would use them again if the work is scheduled on a more timely basis. We have been loyal customers for years but this is the first time that we used their services for design and installation. Typically we are DIY'ers. Pros: Excellent design, quality nursery stock, friendly staff Cons: Waited about 30 days for design and another 60 for installation; inappropriately tried to place blame on the customer for issues for which they were responsible.

Recent Review: The job was delayed by a week and a half. When they did start, they had it done in two days. He also corrected the system in the front by adding different sprinkler heads to provide better coverage. He made a point to clean up the area.

Recent Review: Regular spring maintenance. Installed back-flow. Checked all zones, replaced damaged or old sprinkler head. Moved one sprinkler head to accommodate new plants. Very responsive and friendly.

Recent Review: Paramount installed a new sprinkler system and did an awesome job!! They left "NO" marks in the yard, you couldn't even tell they were there. The guys went over everything with me before leaving. My system is locked into a satellite system which tells it when to water the yard and how much water it needs, cool stuff!! I now have the best and greenest yard in the neighborhood. I've been standing in my yard on the weekends with my chest puffed out! GREAT JOB PARAMOUNT LANDSCAPING!

Recent Review: I thought they did a good job, they used top of the line materials and equipment. They were responsive, I called their attention to a few things a time or two and they got right on it. They were doing ours and our neighbors at the same time, so it seemed like the project dragged on for a while. The end product turned out exactly as advertised. They are a reputable company and responsive to their customers. I think they are pretty interested in customer service because they know it's important.

Recent Review: My wife and I did not know anything about the sprinkler system that came with the house we bought (with the exception of how to turn it off). We asked Raynmaster to come out to winterize it and explain the system to us. Ray, the owner, patiently walked us through system operation and sprinkler head location while his partner cleared the lines. Overall we had a great experience. We have an issue with water leaking into the basement and plan to have Ray back in the Spring to help us "optimize" the system so water is only going where is should.

Recent Review: After installing the system they came out to make sure we knew how to use the system correctly and that all of the heads were working. They also wanted to make sure we did not have any questions. They also suggested on changing out our landscape lighting more efficient lighting system.

Recent Review: They come every spring and every fall. They are knowledgeable on what they are doing. The sprinkler system has been in for a long time so this is kinda they come out and turn the water on the outside and they just check all the heads to make sure there is no cracks or leaks and set your sprinkler heads. Yes, I think I just checking for them to come out and do my spring.

Recent Review: Amazingly well. We had been using the company that installed the system, but they could never quite manage to get everything fixed and working properly. Surroundings showed up and were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. The system now works appropriately for the first time in over 5 years! Additionally they pointed out areas that were not being adequately served and were able to get those covered as well as well as installing a rain sensor that will save water.

Recent Review: Jim (who comes out every fall to blow out the sprinkler lines) came out on schedule to investigate a sprinkler line leak. He found it and quickly repaired it. I tested it and everything was fine. Quick work was done at a very reasonable price.
