Recent Review: It went very well. Andy checked out the problem and explained everything very well. Added freon to the system - first time in about 15 years the system was inspected by a HVAC professional. It took 4 lbs of freon to bring the system back to full.

Recent Review: Great Experience. We contacted several companies reference a bad AC leak. We spoke with Dan Knollman at Air Authority and he came out right away. After sitting down with us and explaining in detail all our options, we inquired about replacing our original (1963) furnace as well as the AC. He took the time to answer all our questions and at no time did we feel rushed since it was an evening appointment, he gave us a background on the company and his experience and knowledge with the business. He was very understanding when we asked if we could get back with him later, and he didn't give us the high pressure sale attempt. The estimates were all close in price but not all installs included new ac service lines and updated ductwork, so along with that and the quick response by Dan we went with Air Authority. I contacted Dan on Friday for the install. He had the installers scheduled for 2 days so the job was done right. Monday they were there by 845 and went right to work. Both gentleman were very polite and respectful to my family. They protected the floor/work area and wore foot covers. They worked non-stop but didn't rush the job. The 2nd day they were there early. The majority of the time they had access to my residence without anyone there. Once they finished, they took the time to explain everything to me and the operation of the system as well as the thermostat. Dan stopped in the to check on the progress and to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. With the Duke Energy rebates for the products we paid $7600.00.

Recent Review: It was duct work and zoning. They had to put different zoning in my house. They had to run some duct work and put electronics in. The experience was great. They are not done yet. I am not ready for them yet. They are coming back. We are doing a whole house renovation and doing parts in stages. Everything is good.

Recent Review: Air Duct Cleaning Company came out to our home and cleaned the ductwork. Our house is approximately 20 years old and the air ducts had never been cleaned. The service personnel were very friendly, courteous and professional. We have 2 large dogs and have been doing construction work. The ductwork was quite dirty. Our home is 3 levels and we have a considerable amount of ductwork. We feel that the workmanship and the quality of the work was of the highest. We would highly recommend this company for any duct cleaning job - large or small.

Recent Review: Tom along with I believe his name was Devon arrived earlier than anticipated. The appt. was originally scheduled for the afternoon. I received call that morning letting me know they could start earlier if I wanted. Tom arrived, did walkthrough, identified layout of home and all locations of needed access. An estimate of services was reviewed and discussion of selection of services available. The home I am in is over 30 years old. It had not had any type of duct work cleaning ever. After services were reviewed and I selected that I wanted completed they began work. The process was clearly explained to me what was being done. It took approximately 4.5 hours to complete the service. After completion Tom walked me through all areas of house, Made sure heater was working after cleaning.... Cleaned up all areas they had work in. Moved furniture back near locations where heating vents were. I was put on phone with Owner of the Company who wanted to make sure that all my expectations had been met...... EXCELLENT SERVICE ! ! ! ! ! ! I would without doubt recommend this company for this type of service. THANKS ANGIE !

Recent Review: The two service men that came to my home were professional and helpful in explaining what they were doing. After they were finished with the work, they showed me what they had done and where they had gone into the ductwork to clean it out. They didn't hesitate to put their names and date on the reminder sticker they placed on the air unit (a sign to me that they were confident and proud of their work).

Recent Review: They had the best offer per air duct. The technician was on time, nice to talk to and work with, and the left site clean. We did it before we moved into the house and found out later that three air ducts were not connected, so I guess we overpaid.

Recent Review: As my furnace and air ducts are not like most homes, they were somewhat hampered to do a total and complete job. They did however get the most of the dirt that was trapped in the ductwork out. They had to go through the duct work and air vents. My home is a modular and has the duct work is under the house and is not accessible through the furnace, like most homes. I am pleased with the end result, as there seems to be so much less dust in the air.

Recent Review: Bought a Groupon for air duct cleaning. Seemed like a good deal: $59 for a $289 value. They called the day before they were supposed to come out: the deal was not good for the "first time" cleaning we needed. Nothing in the Groupon states that. Multiple subsequent emails and calls are not answered. Bait and switch! I guess we're out the money we paid for their bogus deal.
