Van listened to my ideas, and his design was exactly the picture I had in mind. Throughout the course of the construction, Van was very professional. He was on the job site often, and stayed constantly in touch via emails or text messages. His team did an outstanding job. The attention to details, the workmanship, and the professionalism of every single subcontractor were remarkable. I highly recommend working with Van and his company. He is a perfectionist, and so are the people working with him. I not only have a screen porch in my back yard, I also have a Work of Art!

Recent Review: After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. It has added several additional months to our porch usage in our short Minnesota summer seasons. I highly recommend this product for any new screen porch or porch renovation job!

They were actually the second company we called to discuss the issue with, and I am so pleased we did. They saved us $300 on the solution as compared to what we were quoted by the other company. They were extremely responsive and would recommend their services to everyone.

Recent Review: Very good. Ron came out, did a quick estimate and got back to us quickly. Price was comparable to others (still expensive, though). Had 2 folks doing the work, lead builder very professional; 2nd helper not as much (just a helper). The helper's quality was so-so, but the lead person fixed it (very frustrating for her!). As a custom deck, we made a few changes along the way, this was handled just fine, with reasonable charges.

Recent Review: THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HONEST. MIKE, WHO WAS THE SALESPERSON, ALWAYS WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME, OR A LITTLE EARLIER. THERE WAS SOME RAIN AND THEY PUT FLASHING ON THE PORCH TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK. THEY CALLED TWO MONTHS LATER TO SEE IF THE FLASHING WORKED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH FOLLOWING UP.

Recent Review: I got two other estimates besides Patio Enclosures. The salesman from Patio Enclosures, Steve Bell, who came to my house for the estimate and presentation, did such a great job and was so thorough that I knew right then and there Patio Enclosures would do a great job and give me the type of screened-in-porch I wanted. After the permits were obtained, Steve Eickelberger came and tore the old-worn out porch down. He and another worker built the new screened-in-porch. It looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Steve E. did a great job. He was very approachable and very professional. Everyone in the neighborhood has commented on how nice the new porch looks and what an improvement it is.

Recent Review: I sent message to Mr. Loschiavo from his website and received an email back in 2 days from his office to set up an appointment time convenient for all. We received our estimate by email within 2 weeks. He was very professional, honest and upfront during our appointment and gave us several options and his personal opinions as to how to build the deck we desired which was appreciated,. The only reason we did not hire his company is the project estimate was out of our planned budget.

Recent Review: We wanted to enclose a back porch and because we had worked with Brian before, went to him with the idea. He worked with us on a design concept, and then executed wonderfully. He removed the old decking and then his brother excavated several inches. Brian then installed new decking, Pella windows, a door (with a doggie door), ceiling fan & light, and custom fit cedar guards for the interior of the lower windows (for protection from dogs breaking the windows). This is is 2nd year when Brian & his crew had to work in miserable conditions around the Christmas holiday, and did a wonderful job. I trust him in my home and would use him again - in fact, he'll be back in the spring.
