Cincinnati Invisible Dog Fence Installation

Recent Review: We tried to use an Invisible Fence to keep our two-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer and three-year-old Pit Mix in our yard. It didn't work--not even a little bit. When we told Pet Playgrounds this, they were more than accommodating--especially when we stressed that the Pointer is a TSA Explosive K9 and we CAN'T have him getting loose. Victor and his employees (and his adorable 10-year-old Golden) showed up at our house early to install our fence. So far, the dogs have LOVED LOVED LOVED having their own personal dog park in our backyard. The MAX Strength was definitely the way to go as both of our dogs are chewers and Houdinis. They can't break through the fence. They can't chew through it. They can't jump it. They're totally safe and confined to the backyard. It's fantastic. I'd highly recommend Pet Playgrounds to anyone interested in keeping their dogs in their yard. It's way less expensive than a traditional fence and it's far more reliable than an electric fence.

Recent Review: Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend!

Recent Review: The only reason we had to reschedule installation was due to thunder storms in the area, but we were able to get back on the calendar very quickly. All staff - from marketing, scheduling, installers, trainers, were incredibly friendly. They are dog loving folk and show it. All of the staff also seem to take pride in the company they work for - they speak highly of their co-workers and make use of their services for their own pet families. We are very happy with the fencing. Our dog learned very quickly. In a matter of weeks, he knows his boundaries and I feel safe letting him out alone.

Recent Review: Lance is very professional and personable, punctual, patient, enthusiastic. He is great with dogs. We received a lot of valuable information from him. He started our dog with minimal intensity collar, but when it stopped having effect, he came back and replaced it with the stronger intensity collar for free.

Recent Review: Pretty well - we are debating between both split rail and invisible fencing -as well as evaluating other bids. Her bid was $3700 and seemed high.

Recent Review: Nichols Fencing put in our underground dog fence. They came when they said, and their installer did a very nice job since we have an irregular yard that is partly wooded. He took the time to work with my dog and show me the proper way to train him. Just as instructed, in two weeks the dog was completely trained. The system appears to be the same as the "most popular brand", but considerably cheaper and there weren't all sorts of confusing packages available like with the other company. I would highly recommend this company!

Recent Review: It went well. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling but they more than made up for that with good customer service and offering the help I needed to successfully train my dog. They call 30 minutes before coming, they are wonderful with the animals, they explain well and they clean up after they are through.

Recent Review: I just had an electric fence installed by Pat Borg of Borg's Pet Fencing for my new puppy. I had a small, specific, irregular area I wanted fenced in (yes I'm a control freak) and he did a wonderful job of accommodating MY wishes and it worked very well with my little pup. I had a hard time the next day with the collar responding and called the company. His wife Sue was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping me, and walked me thru it (I am technologically challenged-to say the least!). Pat then stopped by later to be sure it worked. But after a couple of days, I came to realize that the area I had chosen, and insisted on having fenced, would not be a good setup for my dog once she was full grown. I paced around awhile then hesitantly called Pat to ask if he thought it would be possible to rerun the wire to enlarge the perimeter in the back yard (and I was sure he would think I was a lunatic!) But quite the opposite (whew!), he was very understanding and patiently helped me come up with a much better and roomier layout for my dog's not too distant future...and this time I deferred to his expertise! I am very happy with the results!! I can't say enough about Pat and Sue...very professional, easy to work with (unlike me), reasonable rates, quality service and workmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! (glad customers are not reviewed...yikes!)

They'll come out if you have any questions or if you have any problems with their fencing which I never did but they will come out. They have a lot of other benefits that they provide. They do electric fencing. They have a lot of other features.

Recent Review: Loved their customer service. While electrical troubleshooting from 2 states away takes time and patience the customer service personel were a shinning example of what customer service can be. They were easy to get a hold of and were patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge. They stayed with me each step until we thought we had fixed the problem. Took a while, but I couldn't ask for better service or more commitment to their product.
