Their work was impeccable! There was no evidence of paint splattered anywhere. Having attempted to paint my ceilings myself, I knew how hard of a job this was and the ceilings looked great! They were especially soiled from the previous owners using the fireplace as and adjunct heating source. I have never had woodwork look so good, even in a brand new house. Mr. Spivey suggested the pergo flooring and worked with me to find just the right shade that would complement my furnishings. It looks fantastic. They were slightly delayed finishing the project, but they were in constant communication with me about the progress and what I would expect.

I HAD SEVERAL CONTRACTORS LOOK AT THE FLOOR AND SCOTT WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMED TO BE A TRUE EXPERT IN FLOOR PREP AND WHO HAD SEVERAL YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH LAMINATE. I WENT TO A FLOORING WHOLESALER TO BUY MY FLOOR AND MENTIONED HIS NAME, THEY SAID HE WAS THE BEST IN CINCINNATI, VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORK AND A PERFECTIONIST. HE DEFINITELY TOOK THE TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT, BUT ALSO WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. HE WAS VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM. SCOTT IS VERY HONEST AND WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I bought Pergo flooring for 3 large rooms, plus 2 bathrooms and laundry room. I had little time for the work to be done before moving in and had scheduled very well. The floor installers showed up a day early while I wasn't there, and got in because the painter was here working. They began work, causing the painter to leave. You can't paint and have sawdust flying around at the same time. There was a holiday weekend coming up and the installers informed me they wouldn't be working Saturday, Sunday or Monday, which was fine. Then they showed up both Saturday and Monday as if they were the only people I had scheduled. They did a fairly good job, but I had to have someone come back out and redo some of the 1/4 round. Now, less than 2 1/2 years later, I am going to have to replace all the 1/4 round. It has peeled, revealing ugly wood chip under it. They never replaced the bottom part of a sliding door in the laundry room, and it's still swinging in the breeze. Overall I am very unhappy and won't do business with this company again.

I originally wanted Pergo, but the saleswoman suggested I not do that, since it is wet in a bathroom. I'm glad she nicely steered me correctly. Pat was very helpful with choosing appropriate samples. She sent a gentleman to my house to double check my need and make sure the installation would be okay. The linoleum was beautiful and extremely well made. They had to replace a sub-floor, and put in a very nice underlay on top of that. As for service, I have nothing but great things to say. First, they ordered and installed within five days. They said they would be at my house by 8:00 AM--they were there at 7:50. The man installing was nice, professional, and clean. The installation was faultless. I suggest using this company. You get personal service, and genuine care for your needs. The service is FABULOUS. They only use quality materials. I am glad I went with a family owned business with someone who said "thank you".

Wonderful! Simply Floors had very professional installers who were very skilled at tearing out old tile and leveling my cement slab floors on the first floor before installing my Shaw Vinyl Wood floors. These were glue down floors that they specially ordered for me with an amazing quartz clear coat. The floors were beautifully installed and perfectly level. They even repaired my entryway floor without me even asking them to do so. Great company with great product and they stand behind their work. Well done!

Recent Review: I would highly recommend Schindler Hardwood Flooring to anyone. I am new home buyer and incurred floor damage to my kitchen floor when Lowe's damaged my kitchen flooring when delivering my kitchen appliances. Schinder returned my call promptly and gave me an estimate. The best part is that they would move the appliances for me whereas most other companies around town would not. I worked with Ed, owner on the estimate and timing. He was honest and fair in his pricing and the scope of the job. He made sure to have the floors finished in time before our little baby was born. The floors are finished and look fantastic. The technician that completed the job did a fantastic job. He even had me come preview a section of the flooring before he finished to ensure that I was happy with the stain. They came back and moved the appliances back into the home as well as dropped off my house key. The workers ensured to tape down plastic and cleaned up their mess. Super Service Award Recent Review: I hired Joe to replace damaged laminate flooring and fix the drywall/flooring in my utility room and could not be more pleased with the results. I've hired Joe for many projects throughout the years and he always delivers fantastic results. I've found that with working with Joe, he has your whole house in mind. While replacing the drywall in my utility room, he found 2 water leaks and fixed those as well. Finding and fixing those leaks saved me from further damage down the road! Other contractors I've worked with previously would have ignored those, causing me to have to redo the same work over again in the future. It's comforting to know that when hiring Joe, you are getting a contractor that cares about his customers and isn't just taking the fastest/easiest route to completing the job.

Recent Review: We had our carpet professional remove carpet that had been placed over a cherry wooden floor in a kitchen. The kitchen floor adjoins a foyer entryway that includes more cherry wood flooring. Fabulous Floors brought in a few flooring professionals to refinish the floor - including sanding, resurfacing and adding wooden trim. They did a good job except for an area where the floor lacquer looked "poured on" and uneven. It took some time, but they finally returned to work on that area again. Although the area with the uneven surface wasn't fixed quite as well as we might expect, the overall job made the flooring look nice.
