The finished product looks terrible. Some pieces were not cut to fit under the trim. Some trim pieces were cut but not secured to wall. Installer did a terrible job cleaning up and actually had to come back and clean up more because we weren't satisfied with the original clean up.

THE HARDWOOD FLOORING TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD. I LOVE IT AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. IT WAS EXPENSIVE BECAUSE IT WAS REAL HARDWOOD NOT A FLOORING SYSTEM. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD BECAUSE THEY SANDED IT DOWN AND PUT FOUR COATS OF POLYURETHANE ON.

LOVELESS HARDWOOD FLOORING
Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working. Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler. They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor. It took me 2 hours to clean up the mess it made in my basement below this room. I would not call them again

They did amazing work! The materials were fine, but the quality of the work was exceptional due to the meticulous detail of the installer. And the job was challenging because the materials were hard to work withand there was remodeling going on at the same time. He was coordinating his work with about 5 other contractors. They had an Angie’s List coupon for 5% off the job. The coupon could have been more clear. It didn’t say “on the labor only” and that turned out to be the specifics. The coupon didn’t specify so I assumed it included the materials. When I asked the owner, he was able to clarify.

The work was performed while I was out of town and I came home to BEAUTIFUL FLOORS, a spotless house and all the furniture put back in place with felt guard installed under the legs so they would not scratch my new floors!!! Recent Review: I am very happy with the quality of service I received. there were a few small projects and two large projects. the owner arrived early with a good group of employees and went right to work. well organized and the employees seem eager to work hard. i threw in some last minutes ideas and the owner added them at minimal upcharge since everyone was already there. clean communication and very fair billing. been a month now and we could not be happier and will be calling again soon for some other projects
