Recent Review: We received several proposals but we chose to go with Scott because he listened to our ideas and made design choices that would fit in with our shady front yard. When he came across other plants that he thought might work better he was sure to contact us to get approval. The crew arrived and worked very efficiently and they were also respectful of our property and that of our neighbor's. The job took two days and the finished product looks even better than we had imagined. A few plants were difficult to obtain so Scott special ordered them and one of his employees came over a few weeks later to install them. Overall we had a great experience and we look forward to working with Outside Insight for our deck replacement and patio installation.

Recent Review: We were one of Pure Lawn's first customers, many years ago. The owner was just starting his business in Troy, OH and we were in Miamisburg. I am not sure how I even found him, but I feel like I searched Organic Lawn care. The owner, didn't hesitate to drive all the way from Troy, to give us an estimate; as well as my dad and aunt, who also became one of his first customers. Fast forward to 2021, Pure Lawn has maintained our lawn for more than 15 years and we are never disappointed. Every year we get multiple companies who stop by or call and offer to give us a quote to do our lawn, but I always say no thank you. Each year when they stop, I see the young face of the owner, Matt Mauer, who was so passionate, knowledgible and eager to start a business in the area of lawn care, all those years ago. Not to mention, each year our yard always looks better than most on the block. If I have a question, he is always eager to answer or send his team to look at the situation. I think the best review I can give this company is how they interact and treat people, and their current situations. As I shared, my dad became a customer, not long after we did. A few years after that, my dad had a stroke. One time the Pure Lawn team showed up and my dad turned them away because he wanted to know ahead of time when they were coming out, so he could cut the grass cut and have the leaves raked. (Keep in mind, my dad could hardly walk, so cutting the yard had become my job.) Pre-stroke dad would have never turned anyone away, knowing how long the drive from Troy to Miamisburg was, but as soon as my dad told me, I called Pure Lawn and they said it wasn't a problem at all. They could tell something was different about my dad and from that day forward, for two years, the office called my dad and asked would it be okay if they came out tomorrow or the next day. As my dad lost control of most decison making during the last two years of his life, it meant a great deal to him to have someone ask and allow him to make a decision, even if it was about lawn care. Not sure many big public companies would have gone the extra step for someone who had two debilitating strokes and wanted to still have some type of contorl in his life. It may seem like a small thing, but it was a big thing to my dad. This is a lengthy review, but I can't recommend this company enough. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Recent Review: I hired Springleaf Outdoor Services. Justin Bresner was a pleasure to work with. In spite of his busy fall schedule, he worked me in early between other jobs. I really appreciated his flexibility. He was responsive to my questions, answering my phone calls and emails promptly. Justin and his crew arrived on time, worked steadily, and were finished by early afternoon. They cleaned up the area when finished and even hosed down my neighbor's drive way which they used to unload top soil. I would not hesitate to use Springleaf again and highly recommend them!

Recent Review: We are having some issue with weed control on our backyard. We tried to take care of it by ourselves, but without much success, so decided to go with a professional. Organic Turf Co. quoted us very reasonable price, especially when I include aeration and seeding. To be honest, being fall, and the service just started, we do not know how effective it would be, but initial consultation over messages here on angie's list, and followed phone conversation was very convincing and pleasant. Prior to their each visit, we received text message, and with automatic payment setup, they just leave us a bill/receipt on our front door. I appreciate the comment you leave with those bill to communicate with us for the service provided, yard condition etc. only unfortunate thing (and it was not particularly their fault), is that on their first fertilizing visit, they could not apply weed control due to the windy weather. It was a disappointment as weed control is the biggest goal I have with our yard. however, winter's coming, and hopefully most of the existing weeds will die down soon anyways... We are looking forward to the continuous service next year, and hopefully we'll be able to see the results then. Thanks!
