Cincinnati Fireplace Installation

Visited the store and was very well accepted. The gentleman took time to explain the options. He was very patient and helpful during the selection process. An installation date was scheduled and all went well with the installation. They were present twice in my home, once to install the logs and take measurements for the screen and once for the installation of the new doors and screen. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Bromwell's.

The parts were ordered and installation was completed in less than half a day. It work was done professionally and all old parts were taken with them. The new stainless steel cap looks great.

Bromwell's had installed the new fireplace in the Fall but when problems arose in the Winter due to installation issues they responded right away! I am adding this especially cause there had had been an earlier miscommunication as we felt Bromwells was not following up on a another matter in our Cincinnati home to install a new fire mantel. I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT I POSTED THIS CONCERN ON ANGIES LIST AND HEARD FROM TODD AT BROMWELLS IN RESPONSE. HE WAS VERY GRACIOUS RE: THIS COMMUNICATION MISUNDERSTANDING. Their followup job in Indiana was outstanding. Thank u Bromwells and Angie's List!

I wanted a Blaze King woodstove. They were the nearest Blaze King dealers who also installed. Throughout the process of inspecting the proposed installation, Matt Oesterling patiently discussed options with me, and at each step advised me of the least expensive route to take. Having done my own research - which I advise anyone contemplating similar purchase to do, I did not always take his advice, but he was flexible and his pricing was fair (I had already priced parts from distributors). He and his crew arrived at the appointed time, did a professional installation, and cleaned up thoroughly.

WE HAVE HAD TWO FANS GO OUT, THEY'VE HAD TO RE-INSTALL NEW ONES. THEY HAVE HAD VERY POOR ATTITUDES. THEY ACTUALLY BROKE THE MARBLE SURROUND THAT WE HAD PURCHASED, BUT THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE AN EXACT MATCH, SO WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET ONE THAT MATCHED.

They came out to give us a quote, and explained the difference between the types of fireplace inserts available; helping us to choose the one that meets our needs the most. The techs were very careful to not let our cats out of the house while they were working on the removal of the old fireplace, and they were also very good about moving all of our furniture out of the way. The install worked well, and we can't wait for the first cool night to use our new fireplace.

I was looking for a high efficiency fireplace to replace my existing fireplace in Springboro Ohio. We called on Ed?s in Tipp City. We have been doing business with them for our heating, air conditioning and electrical needs over the past 20 years at our prior residence north of Dayton. We were pleased to learn Ed?s operations extended to our newer location just south of Springboro. When we had Ed?s check out our heat pump I mentioned our desire to replace the fireplace with a more efficient one. We were pleased to hear Ed?s could install a fireplace for us. They sent JL out came and he measured the space and recommended a Kozy Heat Fireplace. I did my own research and concluded this was the highest rated zero clearance woodburning fureplace available. JL?s crew came out and installed one the new fireplace for us. As always, they did a great job installing the fireplace and flu liner it in a timely manner, leaving no trace of debris behind, and displaying a friendly and caring attitude from start to finish. They provided excellent advise in operating the fireplace. As a plus, when they were on the roof installing the flu liner they inspected the area and identified necessary caulking needed around the vents. One of the areas already had a slow drip leak to the ceiling below, and I had not yet identified the source of the leak. I was able to fix these with about $20 in materials. We are very happy with the fireplace, the nice display of burning wood, the heat it provides, and the fireplace efficiency.

Todd at the Bromwell's store was great to work with prior to purchase. Showed us many inserts, talked about the pros and cons, etc. Todd and Bromwell's just inspired more confidence in us than another company we were considering. JT, the installer, was great to work with and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the quality of the insert we chose, and the whole interaction with Bromwell's during the installation.

Our experience with Esham's could not have been better. Roger was very responsive, punctual, and very professional. The chimney needed extensive cleaning, which Roger took care of with ease. The cap was properly fitted and installed. Additionally, he also replaced other failing caps on the roof. He even gave our little ones a coloring book! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future without hesitation.

The technician was very helpful in evaluating the pros/cons of either installing a vented system or replacing our current ventless system. I feel he was honest and offered a lot of helpful information to assist us in making our decision. He gave us a written estimate for each option.

I called Gary and made an appointment to visit my house and replace my screen. He made an appointment within 2 days, fabricated the screen, and returned to install within a week. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after he was completed. Great value for a job no one else seemed willing or able to perform.

Great customer service and good communication! Pretty practical and utilitarian in their approach, so if you are looking for something fancy, you'll need to be specific and ask for it. They cleaned up very well after working and were courteous. Karl, Nancy, and the crew were a pleasure to work with.
