Wonderfully. The projects turned out to be gorgeous, just as they said they would be. The entire team was punctual, personable, hard working, consultative before doing any work, and responsive to any questions or concerns. They cleaned up every day, and had a final walkthrough at the end of the project to ensure that we were satisfied. Werbrich’s team did an excellent job from start to finish.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. It was quite complicated as it entailed extending the existing upper deck, leveling the lower level, placing new stone flooring, building up stone walls for additional seating, installing a neat water feature, landscaping, designing and building a built-in grill, and finishing it with a cedar pergola. It was a bit pricey but well worth it!

We had used No Limits Landscaping in the past and they did an excellent job so we asked them for an estimate on this project. The owner came out to go over what we wanted and provided the estimate within the time frame he promised. Once we gave him the go-ahead, they contacted us with the day they would start the project. They arrived exactly on the day promised to set the posts for the pergola and kept us informed on each step of the project. The project was completely exactly as we requested and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to be included in any estimates you get for any outside project.

We competitively bid the project with 3 contractors and found John and No Limits to be not only the most competitive but also the most comfortable to deal with. Working with John was a pleasure. He was accessible by phone, email, or text anytime we needed to talk to him, before, during, and after the work was performed. He presented different ideas to us for design of the patio and alternatives to the pergola because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do. When the scope increased due to our requests, John worked with us to meet our needs and our budget. His crew was always professional and hard working. They completed the job within a week and always straightened up their equipment before they left each night. When we had questions or concerns John would personally come out and answer our questions or make adjustments. He also performed some of the work himself to ensure they stayed on track. He even came with us to Natorps and helped us pick out the elm tree. Also-coincidentally we had a drain line plug up into the basement while the work was being done (it was not caused by the work being performed). I called John just to be sure and he came right out and checked it out and we verified it was unrelated. But John still helped get the line clear even though he had no responsibility. The patio, pergola and landscaping look great. Home improvement projects would be so much easier if all contractors were like John and No Limits. I will call them first next time I have any similar type work.

It was AWESOME! These guys were professional from start to finish. Friendly...They even took the time to engage my granddaughter (4 yrs old) when she had questions. I had no fear leaving my wife, daughter, and granddaughters at home when were scheduled to be there. I cant recommend them enough. This was a great experience all the way around. A++++++++

I met with Scott Gifford of Outside Insight in July, 2015 to discuss installing a custom stone fire-pit and pergola with surrounding seating in the October timeframe. I provided him my plan and he and I talked through the construction details; 36" circular stone fire-pit lined with fire brick with a drain, 24" square by 36" high stone columns for the 6" x 6" pergola posts capped with stone, details about concrete footings and the joists and stringers, a 12' x 12" paver patio, and benches on three sides of the fire-pit made with the same premium decking materials my builder used on my home. Scott understood exactly what I wanted and he and his team delivered! What I had pictured in my mind is what Scott and his team built and my wife and I could not be happier! Scott is easy to work with, has great ideas, and has a professional team that was always on site and checking with me to make sure they were meeting my expectations. At the same time I had a Bizon Blue Spruce tree in my front yard that had died and I could not find anyone who could locate a Bizon Blue. The original landscape company who installed three Bizons for me was unresponsive and would not return my messages. Scott found a nursery in Burlington, Kentucky that had some trees and he arranged to pick up the tree and plant it for me. I highly recommend Scott Gifford and Outside Insight landscaping for anyone looking for professional landscape services that are customer focused, knowledgeable, and has very competitive pricing.

John and his team were great from start to finish. John met with my husband and I to understand our vision and offered so many helpful suggestions. When the project started, John was in constant communication about when his teams would be there and how the project was going. We felt very involved. His team arrived on time each morning and the project was completed on time and on budget. It could not have gone more smoothly and the final result is just unbelievable!

Shane was very timely in getting out for the estimate and returning a written estimate. He was able to fit us in the schedule about 2 weeks after the estimate. We found them to do excellent work, including some carpentry. They painted the soffits which were very high and did great! They were very reasonably priced and all the guys were polite, professional, and responsive to our needs. Shane, the owner, is very responsible and makes sure the work is first rate. In addition, the crew was very neat and cleaned up well after the work. I will definitely use them again.

From the moment we met Mike, we knew we wanted to go with him. He was upfront and listened very well. Instead of trying to come up with his own design right away, he listened to what we wanted and then used that info to come up with a design. He also offered the use of a designer and payed her fee because we used him to do the work. Our biggest concern was shade. Our backyard is in the sun from sunrise to sunset, with no trees or other houses to block the sun. This is why we used Jen; because she had the ability to create an exact 3D replica of our backyard in the computer and show us where the sun would hit during various times of the day and year. Having this resource available was critical to the design of the patio. Ultimately, we ended up with a custom paver patio that sits on the top part of our backyard and is held up by a retaining wall. There is a seating wall that extends from the house and goes all the way around to a set of columns which marks the stairs that lead to the yard. There is also a custom set of stairs which go up to our patio door. There is a pewter-colored border which goes around the patio and really makes the design pop. To assist with shade, a custom-built pergola was installed. Instead of using slats across the top, it uses a material (like umbrella material) which provides solid shade. This solves our shade issue in a way that no standard pergola could, and it looks fantastic. No one else we talked to even suggested this sort of solution. Hours upon hours of research online didn't produce this solution, either. Without Mike and his resources at All Decked Out, we wouldn't have solid shade in our backyard. From the moment we met with Mike, he was available during all hours of the day. We talked at nights, on weekends, and often. We asked for a lot of changes, and Mike was always quick to listen to what we wanted and act quickly. While other contractors were taking days to even get back with us, Mike would often have the changes in our inbox that day. Furthermore, he worked with us on the price. He knew we wanted more than we could afford, and him and the designer both assisted in altering the designs so we could get what we wanted for the price we could afford. During the install, there was a problem with the border. It wasn't the same type of stone we originally wanted. When I brought this to Mikes attention, he quickly offered to rip the entire border out and replace it. He also wasn't happy with the construction of the bottom set of stairs and tore those out and completely rebuilt them. Mike has a reputation for being a perfectionist, and always wanting his jobs to be absolutely perfect. When we signed our contact with him, we had no idea we would actually need him to change something like described above, but I just can't say enough about how professionally he handled it and how quickly he resolved it. Mike is an amazing business man and just an overall amazing person. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. When you are putting this much money into something, this is exactly the kind of person you want doing it. The final result is breathtaking. It was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. There is a 5 year warranty with the product as well, so I know if anything strange happens over the next few years, Mike will come out and fix it. Mike and All Decked Out isn't just the best contractor I talked to, but is also one of the best persons/businesses I've ever worked with. I just can't say enough good things about them.
