Recent Review: Joe Fink was prompt, personable and inspired a feeling of confidence from the minute he walked in the door. He was not fazed that the job proved more complicated than expected, and quickly replaced the deteriorated window framing, adjusted the tilt of the support ledge to assure proper drainage and completed the work before the day's temperature began to rise. I will gladly ask Handyman to assign him to additional projects at my home.

Recent Review: This was the second time we used Next Door & Window to replace windows. This time on the front of the house, last year on the back side. Our experience was better than expected. The Salesman, Roberto, was knowledgeable and helped us choose the Infinity Marvin windows. Both times we were keep up to date on the status of our order and then given a two week notice of the scheduled installation. We received a call on Monday of the week that we were scheduled for Tuesday install. The installer, Greg. was prompt at 9:30am and he and his helper installed 9 windows and were finished by 5pm. They cleaned up as they installed and made a final pass to inspect their work and ensure there was no debris. Both installations were better than I expected. We highly recommend Next Door & Window and will definitely use them if needed.

Recent Review: Udo and his team at U.S. Exterior are professional and do a great job from start to finish. Our window was replaced in the time frame given and both the inside and outside look fabulous. The siding also needed to be worked on with the window install and is flawless. Workmen cleaned up neatly afterwards. This is the third time U.S. Exterior has done a project for us.

Recent Review: I purchased and A.L. deal for an inspection of our water heater and plumbing. Eric arrived at my new home between the time window that was promised. The deal was prepaid, however, he still took the time to be very professional and thorough with his explanations of what he was doing as well as answered all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased that he didn't rush through the job. He wore covers over his shoes make sure to keep my floors clean. He also provided estimates for all the concerns he had as well as a replacement cartridge for my bathtub faucet set. I will be hiring him for other repairs my husband and I had in mind.

Recent Review: The tech arrived in the time frame that I was given. He asked me to show him the location of all the windows. We walked through and then he started removing the screens right away.He took them outside, cleaned them with brush and soap and water. Then he started on the windows. He was done in about 2 hours and I hardly knew he was here. The windows sparkle and my screens are free of pollen and webs. I would use Bubbles in the future for this service.

Recent Review: After doing some of our own remodeling projects I decided to hire someone to install a new sliding glass door to our back yard because we did not have one. Additionally, we wanted to close up an exterior door on the side of the house that almost never gets used due to its location. We got a few estimates and Top Notch was the most competitive and friendly. Michael and Chris were straight forward and were not pushy about any part of the process. They were also pretty easy to contact and responsive via email or phone. Work was done on schedule and completed in the time they estimated it would take (1 day). 3 man crew came out and did a great job. Neighbors have all commented that they did very good job as well. After some debate about the brand of sliding door we went with a local company (Advanced Window) and it is a good choice as far as I can tell. Top Notch provided receipt/info. so I can get my energy tax credit as well as it was a Energy Star certified door. They cleaned up afterwards and did not leave any mess. Will consider for future work.

Recent Review: We bought a home and the home is in some much needed remodeling. We called Second City to install windows for us. The work was done in about a 2 week time frame (because the windows needed to be ordered). After the windows came in, they came out and installed them (13 windows total) and the frames in 1 day. They came out the next day to the exterior framing. The guys were very professional and friendly and they were very nice as well. I will surely use them again for future jobs as well.

Recent Review: They were very professional and wrote up everything we spoke about during the site visit. When we decided on the work, they showed up on time, and worked with me on-the-spot to design how the French drain would be built. They also were able to remove the iron frame around the window which was rusted out, and which I was told was difficult to get someone to do. I was very happy with the job. Only downside was that the price in general was slightly high but I felt it was worth it.

Recent Review: I actually ended up waiting a little longer than I'd hoped to. But when the window was installed everything went very well. Another company doing other work offered to install the window for me but I let Brighton install it to make sure it was done correctly & it definitely was. I also recall it was reasonably priced for high-grade window. The window replaced had an older frame/casing & I just wanted the glass replaced at first. When they came out for the estimate, they gave me options & told me they could do that for me but I would probably be better off completely replacing the frame & casing & they showed me why. I just love my window! I'm going to have to get the others replaced.

Recent Review: Window replacement went without any issues and windows look great and installers were clean and efficient and did an excellent job. Installer measured door before installation and felt that it was not going to be a good fit, so they re-ordered it and returned about 10 days later to install it. Door installation was also done nicely. We are very happy with the windows and doors and the installation and installers.
