When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked the contact to please call my cell number when it came time to set the date for the re-sealing, as they had to call me back regarding the specific date. We were out of town, but didn't want to specifically state this for security reasons. Instead of contacting me via cell phone, Damico contacted our home phone and left messages, which we didn't receive while away. When we returned from vacation, our driveway had been freshly sealed and we were unable to unload our car in our garage, which was an inconvenience. Additionally, we usually tape off the edges of our garage apron with masking tape before re-sealing the driveway, to protect that concrete from the black tar marks, but since we were unable to do this and Damico wasn't careful, we now have black marks on our garage apron. All this for twice the cost of what I've paid for re-sealing in the past. When we left a message for the company, complaining, we never received a response. Instead, we received a reminder message within a couple of weeks asking us to pay our bill. We paid, but will never waste money on Damico again.
