Yogi "fixed" our fridge, which was not cooling at the time, but made no guarantees of his work. He took no credit card payment but instead a check that he cashed within 24 hours, so we had no recourse if the job was not done properly. After a few days, the fridge went bad again with the same problem. We called another repairman and he said the previous repairman didn't truly fix it but just did a temporary patch so the repair didn't last. We finally got it repaired properly by someone else other than Yogi and the fridge has now been working fine. Regarding my ratings for Yogi's service, I rated Price as Bad because he charged a lot for a very short-lived fix. I rated Quality as Bad because his fix didn't last. Finally, I rated Professionalism bad because he didn't guarantee his work and also because he didn't take a credit card payment, so I didn't have the protection of a credit card company if I wanted to dispute payment. So overall I do NOT recommend Yogi.
