Originally contacted to put tarp over damaged area. Came out and installed tarp within less than 24 hours of my call. Several other roofers either failed to come out after saying they would or were simply not interested. Repaired roof as soon as weather permitted and charged exactly what they had estimated. Work was done in a very professional manner, and they left the premises as clean as it was before they started. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent! First finding a company that would replace flat roofs was difficult enough, most would charge corporate prices because it was a difficult job, A & D not only took on the job but kept the price very reasonable. Since it was such a large job a few issues arose. They took every step possible to make sure that we were completely happy with the process and especially the end result. We would also like to make sure to point out that Dustin and Heidi went above and beyond with their customer service! Over the last few years we have, between 3 generations, dealt with several roofing companies, and A&D is a model of how a company should be run from customer service to finished product.

The workmanship was excellent. The workers that were here seemed very knowledgeable. The person that did the estimate never remembered what he said the previous conversation. He seemed to imply I was lying when I would repeat something he told me, he said he didn?t want to get into a ?he said she said?. This kept happening. I would hire them again, but would ask for a different estimator.

Recent Review: Overall, things went well. Once scheduled, the workers showed up on-time and were courteous and efficient. The overall job was performed well. However, the real reason I would hire them again was because of what went wrong. There was a minor issue with the job. When I brought it up, they were prompt to respond and quickly fixed the item. You can expect perfection, but what matters is making it right. One tip - they aren't great at answering emails. Not an issue, just when dealing with them you get very prompt responeses on phone calls but they are a bit hit or miss on email. Nothing to be concerned about, but don't be afraid to pick up the phone to get a prompt and courteous response.
Recent Review: Came out the day after i called. We looked at the damaged area and discussed my repair options. I was given a quote on the spot. They came back a few days later and did the repair and now my roof is fixed. Perfect. I would definitely recommend using them.

They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we felt that they understood the problem and had the right plan to fix our issues. We are very happy with the work they performed, and would recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.
Super Service Award Recent Review: Job appears to have gone well. The work was performed on a weekend because of their heavy schedule. The crew acted professionally and cleaned up after themselves. They did have trouble parking their truck because the site is located on a private street street with very little parking available. They drove up on the parkway which a neighbor complained about but no significant damage was done. We were unable to do much of a price comparison on their bid because ALL the other Angie's List contractors we called were booked up for the rest of the season.. This left us uneasy about the price, which seemed high based on our previous experiences but we went with them because they were available and we were having significant leaks at the time.
