After the service, a company representative contacted me regarding the issue below and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the follow-up by the company to discuss and address the issue. I originally scheduled the service for 5/20, from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. I received a call from the biz office indicating the guys would be late because their first job was taking longer. I followed up with the company several times over the next few hours to get an idea of the time they would be arriving, but never got a specific time. I was just told the job before mine was taking longer and they would arrive at my house later. Finally, in the late afternoon I received a call from the company saying that they would not be able to do the work at my house that day and I'd have to re-schedule. Of course I was very upset because I had my mother waiting all day for them to arrive. I re-scheduled for 5/27. They did arrive and perform the work on 5/27. Although the guys who performed the work did a good job and were pleasant, my experience of the 5/20 "no show" overshadowed the work performed.
