3 Day Blinds
THE SHADES WERE AND ARE FINE. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT ONLY UNRESPONSIVE, BUT, IN MY OPINION, DISHONEST ON AT LEAST TWO OCCASIONS. ULTIMATELY, THE SALES MANAGER REMEDIED THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

Overall, it went well. Jerry was extremely helpful and returned calls immediately. I had ordered blackout shades for the bedrooms, but the order came with light-diffusing shades. When I called Jerry about the mistake, he immediately remedied the problem. He was punctual and very easy to work with. Despite the snafus, I would definitely use this company again.

Made In The Shade Blinds and More
A friend of mine recommended Mey Soon of Made In The Shade Blinds to me. Mey Soon came to my home and suggested sun shades for my great room. She helped me select the right colors for my decor. Mey Soon was very nice and helpful. The sun shades were installed within the time frame she gave and the installers did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

Beyond Shades
The whole process was quick and efficient. I met with the designer a couple of days after I called. Other places I called were not available until three weeks later. The designer/consultant knows their product (Hunter Douglas) and was good with making the selection process flow smoothly. It took around 3 weeks to get the blinds installed after we met with the designer. They kept us updated on the status of the order. We love our blinds and would use their services again.

Recent Review: They did a great job and I am pleased with their work. The owner is a little slow with returning calls, however. I found some scratches on the blinds and called to see how I could fix it. He never returned my call. The technicians were very nice and precise in their measurements. Nothing was installed incorrectly and everything was perfect. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and scheduling was easy. I just recommended them to 2 other people.
