Recent Review: Paul was prompt and professional, and assembled the oven effectively. The reason why this isn't a perfect rating is I assisted him, which is reasonable given the the nature of the project. However, I can imagine if I weren't there to assist, that this could have been a real challenge for, say, my wife. I would definitely use them again but I'd know I'd have to be there for a project of this kind (though perhaps they were counting on me being there so otherwise would have sent a second person?).

Recent Review: Yabi was great! He was able to come check out our broken oven soon after I called, and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to fix it quickly after getting the necessary part.

Recent Review: Great experience. After leaving a message with the answering service, I got a call back immediately. The technician Rich could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful. He said he had a job in the neighborhood and could be over to check my oven within an hour. He kept his word and quickly diagnosed and repaired the oven by replacing the ignitor. The expectation for pricing was set over the phone before he arrived. Highly recommend and would use again.

Recent Review: On Saturday morning my mother (who lives in Arlington Hts) called and said "Well the 25 year old oven died" . In 1991 they replaced their then 20 year old wall oven from Tappan. She said where we going to call Sears Home Service and see if someone can come out. I said I'll check Angie's List. Found 3 right away with A ratings and worked in Arlington Hts. All had coupons for Angie's List, called S & S first just to check on availability and $ for my parents. Nick called back within a few minutes and said Yes he could work on a 25 year old Tappan and Yes he goes to Arl. Hts. I told him I would give his info to my parents and they could take if from there. Next call is my Mom-"Nick is coming Monday morning to work on the oven" By the time I got out of work Monday afternoon they had a working oven and now feel they have "A Guy" in case some other appliance has an issue. Nick took the whole thing apart "There must be 200 pcs", replaced the faulty part and put it all back. (I asked--No extras pieces lying around). They said he was very pleasant, was on time, very professional, had the part on his truck and took care of everything. Nice to have "A Guy"!
