Recent Review: Do yourself a favor and hire this company. Pete and his crew were professional, thorough, courteous, fair and experienced. Pete is incredibly honest and approachable. I have worked with many contractors, and I feel so lucky to have found this company. I won't hire anyone else again for this work.

Recent Review: The work is fabulous! Mike even "baby-sat" our very picky owner who wanted a "special" tile floor to replace the damaged laminate. It was going to cost more to install this fancy tile (in a pattern) than the original estimate allowed. Mike waived this extra installation fee. We've called him back to fix some fire inspection problems, and they were completed immediately at a good price. (The fire inspector approved their work.) As the president of a small condo association, it's nice to have Top Notch on our "list" to call for all our repairs

Recent Review: Samanco Construction was terrific to work with - Dan is awesome and prioritized our project to get it done quickly. His crew arrived on time every day and were incredibly professional while in our home. They are highly detail oriented and took their time to do the job right, and they also kindly installed a new toilet and vanity for us in an affected bathroom. We are looking forward to hiring Samanco again for a kitchen update project!

Recent Review: The tile floor was ripped out and replaced with a new tile floor, the tile on the walls were replaced as well as the wallboard behind it, the medicine cabinet, the cabinet over the toilet, the toilet, the sink, the tub, and the window were replaced and a new shower liner was put in instead of the ugly pink tile. We were having a problem with moisture build up in the bathroom, so Paul installed a new and much better exhaust fan, with light, in the ceiling. Also, we have a laundry hamper in the bathroom that goes directly down to the laundry room in the basement and the ugly metal door on that was replaced with a wooden door to match the sink cabinet and medicine cabinet. It looks fantastic! All in all we are very happy with the results and we would use Paul's firm again in the future!

Recent Review: Most of the work for our bathrooms and kitchen remodeling project was completed in about six weeks. HomeWerks pricing for the project was less than some quotes we obtained but more than others. We chose HomeWerks because we felt they would provide the professional quality we wanted for our project. We also wanted assistance from a designer and HomeWerks' contract included the services of a designer. We are thoroughly enjoying our remodeled spaces and are very satisfied with the work done by HomeWerks. I can't say enough good things about our project manager Greg and his team. They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. each day and worked well past 5 p.m. on most days. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. They were always professional and made sure our floors and furniture were protected during this extensive project. Greg stopped by before noon every day to provide a project update and to answer our questions. Design consultant, Kathy, is very talented and has a sparkling personality. We really enjoyed working with her. This was our first remodeling project and the information she provided regarding what to expect was very helpful. Her patience was unwavering as we viewed numerous tile samples and made several trips to granite yards. We really appreciated her tips, design ideas and recommendations. As with any major project, we did encounter some minor problems (material on back order, out of stock tile and hollow core doors). Only one issue (hollow core doors) was not resolved to our satisfaction. Communication with Gregg throughout the project was excellent. Whenever we called or texted Greg with an issue or concern, he quickly returned our call and promptly addressed the problem. We would definitely use HomeWerks again and would recommend them to others.

Recent Review: I had two flooring contractors give me estimates on the flooring in my condo unit. The first contractor (with top ratings on Angie's List) said that the flooring was too damaged and was too thin to be re-sanded. He estimated $5,500 to replace the floor. Vasile said that he could repair the flooring (good that the building had some extra original planks), sand and seal it. He gave me an estimate of $1,300 to do the work. The floors look fantastic! There was a tiny blemish on one board which Vasile fixed the very next day, plus he added another coat of seal. I highly recommend him!

Recent Review: I can't recommend Modern Quality Flooring enough for any flooring needs. They went above and beyond to get the hardwood job done thoroughly and correctly, including all of the minor details and thoroughly cleaning everything and leaving the site in optimal condition along with detailed care instructions. Their pricing is very competitive and the service is great! If we ever have any future flooring needs, Danny & Modern Quality will be our first and only call.

Recent Review: We had Ibro remove An old cast iron bathtub, tile walls, and tile floor, and Install a new tub, marble wall tile, and Ceramic floor tile. He also installed new shower plumbing. Ibro and his worker were very clean, and they did excellent work at a competitive price. I highly recommend him.

Recent Review: Wonderful experience I renovated my entire kitchen: new cabinets, countertops, tile floor, backsplace, new sink and faucet. The Project Manager was well informed and accurate with the information he gave prior to the start of the project and throughout. The workers were fantastic-courteous, respectful and honest. They always cleaned up before they left and kept me aware of all of the steps along the way. The estimate was accurate as well. This was my first remodeling project and will definitely use this company again in the future. I would highly recommend this contractor to others!!

Recent Review: We hired Decorative Floors to remove carpet from our stairs and upstairs hall and replace with hardwood. Calin was very professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. His crew did an excellent job top notch work!! They installed unfinished hardwood flooring and matched our existing hardwood flooring perfectly. The covered everything and thoroughly cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recent Review: The best! Adrian and his team exceeded any expectations we had on our hardwood floor project. We had them rip out and haul away all upstairs and downstairs carpet, had all new wood floors installed and existing floors sanded and re-stained so now our entire house is wood (he even installed linoleum for us in our laundry room). The floors are absolutely perfect; he and his team were very professional, on time and hard working! If you are not sure who to go with Mcraft is the best choice!

Recent Review: I had a great experience with GB hardwood floor The came on and installed about 1,000 sq feet of new oak floor in the first level of my house and refinished the floor on site I was able to pick the color I wanted and they made it on the floor The minimal amount of dust really surprised me The guys were great to work with an will recommend to all my friends who need hardwood floor work

Recent Review: Superb, excellent craftsmanship. Adrian and the Plamada Flooring team installed new hardwood floors in my home and the results are absolutely gorgeous. Every part of the process, from providing the original estimate to installation was handled very efficiently and professionally. Plamada Flooring handled everything -- cutting doors, leveling where necessary, moving furniture, installing felt pads. Adrian was highly responsive to any and all questions. Will use them for all of my flooring needs. Very highly recommended.

Recent Review: We had some water damage to our existing floors and decided to have the floors repaired, sanded, and stained from a very warm oak to a grey hue. We had old carpeting in two bedrooms replaced to match the existing wood floors. Great Hardwood Flooring did a fantastic job. Our floors look spectacular throughout! We also appreciate the great communication that Mike provided. I have recommended Great Hardwood Flooring to my friends and neighbors!
