Recent Review: Eco Tec Insulation was very professional and came out to give us an estimate to spray foam insulation over the basement rim joists. They emailed a quote that same evening. We scheduled to have the work completed. The installer did a great job and was very professional. He walked through the area first and we explained what we wanted. He also walked through the finished job with us showing us the work completed. The only reason I gave them a B for responsiveness was because we were told they would call the day before to give us a time that would come. No one called and we had to call only to find out they needed to re-schedule. A time was set up for the new date but no one called the day before again. I was a little worried when they were about 20 minutes late. I don't recall the time frame being a "window." Overall, though they were great and I would use them again and recommend them.

Recent Review: Met the owner John at a home improvement show. Contacted him the next day and he came that Saturday for a thorough inspection. Changed shoes and used drop cloth to protect our floors. Very knowledgeable and took his time to work up an estimate. Gave lots of easy, low-cost ways to tighten up the house. No high pressure to sign immediately. Exchanged emails and phone calls with questions; always got a response the same day. Checked price against others and decided to sign up. May have found a cheaper company but felt very comfortable with these guys. Two weeks later, Tom and Gus arrived. Very professional and friendly. We walked through the job and by day's end, the attic had 20 inches of insulation. Baffles properly installed and easy-to-see rulers placed throughout so you could tell you got what you paid for. Put a thermal blanket on the fold-down stairs - nice touch. Down in the crawlspace, they tightened up any existing batts that had come loose and insulated the supply and return ducts. The house did feel warmer the next morning. Couldn't be happier with the work and people as it felt like they wanted to do the job right.

Recent Review: The experience was good. They probably did a good job, but I didn't get up there and check it, so I don't know for sure. They were nice and reliable. I have no idea what the price was compared to others because I didn't get other estimates. I felt the price was adequate and fair. When I talked to the man he seemed nice and honest.

Recent Review: In their initial visit they tested the house for leaks and inspected the attic for existing insulation. They explained what we needed, and we agreed to go ahead. In their next visit they did all as promised. They were prompt, professional, and thorough.

Recent Review: Found Keith's company on Angie's List. He came out and provided an estimate for labor only and also for labor & materials. I opted for the completed job - labor & materials. Kept in touch via text message. Set the date once I was ready and he & the crew showed up right on time. They finished in just under 6 hours. Looks great.

Recent Review: I bought one of the Big Deals for 3 hours of handyman services. Derek came to my house on time...actually he was early and waited for me to get back to the house. He was VERY fast and completed several jobs in record time. I only wish I'd put together an aggressive "honey-do-list" because he'd have been able to get through nearly all of them in the 3 hours I paid for. He finished the jobs and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional. Maggie, his wife handled the scheduling and worked to with me to make an adjustment to the appointment so it was more convenient for me. I am already making plans to have them come back and do additional work for me.
