They took great care to ensure that the Bobcat did the least amount of damage as possible to my lawn as they drove back and forth from the back yard to the street. Our deck is 12 years old and has not looked this good since new. We have had this type of work done a number of times before and it has never looked even close to it's newly finished appearence. Jeff came out and after the initial meet/greet spent time researching, and then testing, the existing finish (what was left of it) to see what products (strippers, cleaners, etc.) and processes (power washing, sanding, scrubbing, etc.) would work the best. We were very nervous as every time before the work has not been done well, has taken a long time, was expensive and has done more harm to the deck and surrounding shrubery than it likely should have. And it never lasted very long at all. Jeff and his crew showed up when they said they would (weather permitting), explained what they were going to do, and followed thru just as planned. He worked with me on the price and as I mentioned, even made some suggestions that saved us money, very nice. They were professional, curtious, helpful, cleaned everything up, etc. Just what you would always hope for/expect.What more can I say. How about this: They were terrific. The deck looks terrific, My wife is VERY happy. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone. End of story.

Recent Review: This is an update to the review I submitted previously. As mentioned in that review, I noticed some settling in the pool area about two-weeks after the work was completed. I contacted Heather and she agreed to have topsoil delivered the following spring to fill-in the settled area. I also asked that the topsoil be put in the driveway so I could wheelbarrow it to the backyard myself, since I didn't want to have to re-repair any yard damage caused by the machines. Heather agreed, and true to her word had the necessary topsoil delivered in late April. I have since filled-in and seeded the area. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Pool Busters, and highly recommend them.

Recent Review: Doug was recommended by a local pool company. The pool was concrete with fiberglass sides and it needed to be broken up and completely removed. Doug said he has removed a lot of inground pools and it would be no problem. Never having seen anything like that done, it was an amazing process to watch. As Doug busted up the concrete, a truck was right there to haul it away. The next day the trucks containing dirt rolled in to back fill the space. He packed the dirt, smoothed and leveled it out, and it was done. Extremely efficient. Doug made simple work out of what we thought would be a daunting task. Very pleased with his work.
