Recent Review: The job went very well. The quality of the work was excellent. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of the installers was exceptional.

Recent Review: August 2015. Replaced gutters/downspouts that were too small and damaged. Added additional downspouts to provide adequate capacity. Estimator was thorough and knowledgeable. Price was higher than I expected, but could not find other credible contractor in desired time-frame. Everything went well; installers did a good job. I was a blt surprised that installers didn't seem to refer to estimator's plans, but instead asked me what I wanted done.

Recent Review: the job and responsiveness of the company was professional and the roof looks great. The job ended up taking 3 days due to a storm system that moved through in the middle of it. because it was in between the job I didn't have gutters during a heavy rain. This upset me because I feared too much water next to my home and potential foundation damage (I have had foundation leakage issues in the past). When I expressed my concern Bob from Berg came out personally to review the situation. I also called the foundation repair company I had used in the past and they told me that there was nothing to be concerned about with 1 rain storm. So my concerns were overblown. Despite that, Bob STILL took some discounts to the cost of service which I appreciated. Essentially even though I was wrong, they treated me the customer like I was right and made me feel valued which makes all the difference. Based on this I have confidence they will stand behind their work for sure. I would use Berg again and would refer them. The service was great and I enjoyed NOT having to clean out my gutters this fall!

Recent Review: Tim showed up on time, was polite, professional and started working right away on items we had previously discussed that he would repair. He had to go purchase items that he needed for repairs. Because of that he did not have enough time to do the third item of repair which was replacing cement in a walkway, but he did purchase the concrete mixture when he purchased the other items, and he did explain to me how I could do this repair as it is a very small area on the walkway.

Recent Review: Excellent customer service, on-time installation. Completed my roof in one day. The crew cleaned up so well, one would never know that a roof had been installed. Great communication and follow up all through the project.

Recent Review: I called on Monday the 15th and told them we needed the gutters cleaned and we wanted gutter covers installed. We have many trees and cannot clean the gutters ourselves. They sent the gutter cover rep out the same day I called and were able to schedule the installation two days later. The crew was professional and friendly. They came on time. We are very happy with the result.

Recent Review: I was really pleased with the price and the work. My roof was removed down to the decking of the entire home. The wood was in great shape so none of it had to be replaced. 30 lb. felt was installed as well as 3 ft. ice and water shield with starter shingle and ice and water barrier to interior protrusions. Edge flash for proper run off to gutters was installed. All gutters were aligned and sealed. Since the replacement of my roof, I rarely get any water in the basement from the heavy rain. As a matter of fact, I've only gotten about a half of gallon about three times since I've replaced my roof. I use to get anywhere from 3-5 gallons per heavy rain. The foreman, Casey, was excellent. He made sure that everything was done well. He came out each day that the guys were working. The work was completed in 2 1/4 days. They did a great job. The cleanup was great as well. My salesperson, Steve, was very thorough and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed me the company's licenses and proof of liability insurance. He explained the warranty. Upon completion of work, he mailed the manufacturer's warranty for the asphalt shingles to me, as promised.

Recent Review: Mike and his crew did excellent work. We had a complicated job on a 135+ year old rowhome and he was able to salvage some existing materials to keep the cost down, while still keeping the warranty intact. He was honest and responsive throughout, and gave an updated written estimate when the tearoff revealed additional beams that needed to be replaced. The tuckpointing was especially well done- the rebuilt parapet wall looks great and his crew actually did more work than what we contracted for. I would strongly recommend him for masonry or roof replacement.

Recent Review: The very knowledgeable Daniel showed up and not only gave me an estimate, he provided an education on all of the different products on the market so we could make a decision that fit our budget. After we placed. Our order. The foreman showed up and inspected the job and in 4 weeks we had a new looking garage. The work looks fantastic! Great communication and proffesionalism to boot. You guys hit a home run!!

Recent Review: One, Two, Three and Done! Slowly updating the exterior of my home. Wanted to replace the awnings and gutters for a couple of years. Sent my request though Angie's List and received a response within the hour. The customer service was professional, fast and efficient. Rep came to my home with sample books and gave me suggestions on size and color that would look best for my home. Inspected the gutters and told me he didn't think they needed to be replaced but that they can clean them for me. I thought that was great since he could've just went ahead with the replacement. Job was completed ahead of schedule! Very happy customer indeed!

Recent Review: Artur and his workers completed a large job within one day and completed just before it started to rain! Very pleased with them and would recommend them. Some of the paperwork process left something to be desired which is why I rated "Responsiveness" a "B" but there were other aspects where they were very responsive. I have not had to call them back for anything major but if some defect in their work appears in the future, I would anticipate that they would be very responsive. They did a terrific job cleaning up - quick and thorough!

Recent Review: True to estimate. Additional necessary electrical required above estimate … they split the cost w/ us! Once materials arrived ( delayed because of Covid) roof promptly installed and touch ups on the next day - a Saturday. Great job Good workers
