Chicago Flooded Carpet Drying

Did a great job cleaning our carpet, even moving furniture out of the way to clean, then returning it with protective foam or plastic pads so as not to wick up any moisture from the wet carpet. I would recommend them to anyone!

QUICK DRY CARPET CLEANING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED HARD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE CARPET WET.

Long story short--my tenant discovered that a section of carpet in a closet was damp and it was subsequently determined that this was due to a leak of sewage water from an adjacent drainage pipe. I obtained an estimate from a company recommended by the management company that came out to nearly $750 for extensive work that would take place over multiple days. They also required my credit card in order to schedule the work. Thinking that this seemed excessive, especially since this company never came out to inspect the area first, I checked Angie's List and found Galaxy. I was able to immediately reach one of the two owners, who was extremely professional and took time to explain the various scenarios and potential options. He put me in touch with his partner, Deivis, who was equally professional and willing to come out that evening to inspect the area after normal business hours. Deivis contacted me after spending some time assessing the damage and informed me that there was mold in the padding and that it would be a waste of money for him to extract the water and sanitize the area. He explained that the only viable option would be to replace the carpet and padding. It is very rare to find a company honest enough to tell you when their services are not needed. I would trust Galaxy for any and all work related to carpet cleaning and they should be your first call too.

They did a very nice job. He was very thorough. He was right on time and came to let me know. It was a very nice experience.

I called to request carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and an area rug in my condo. Ross was able to schedule me for an appointment on the next day. He showed up at the time we had agreed upon and got to work right away. He is very professional, and focused on delivering a quality service. The method he used is apparently a "dry" carpet cleaning method so we did not have to go through extra lengths to ventilate or soak up any excess moisture. In fact, the carpets had dried completely within a matter of hours. He returned the following business day to apply scotch guard to the carpets at my request. He finished in almost exactly the amount of time he had promised and charged us exactly what he had quoted. Overall, I was pleased with his service and would hire him again.

I had to call them to come back as they had left a big stain by moving couch and cleaning under it, but then did not put any guards under the couch. That meant the wood of the couch foundation was left directly on the wet carpet which left a large stain. I had to call them back 3 times before the stain was completely removed and guards were put underneath couch wile every thing dried.

WHEN THE DAY CAME TO DO THE WORK I DECIDED TO NOT HAVE ONE ROOM DONE. SO IT WAS FOR ONE LESS ROOM THAN WHAT THEY PRICED WHEN I SET THE APPOINTMENT. I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THE COST TO BE LESS. HE SAID IT WAS STILL THE SAME. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COULD HAVE LESS WORK AND EXPECT TO GET PAID FOR WORK THEY DID NOT DO...? IT APPEARS HE INFLATED THE COST OF THE STAIRS AND HALLWAY TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE. HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 6 TO 8 HOURS TO DRY BUT IT ACTUALLY WAS 24 HOURS. FINALLY I WANTED HIM TO PROTECT THE FEET OF THE FURNITURE FROM CONTACTING THE WET CARPET. THE STAIN ON THE FURNITURE WOULD BLEED INTO THE CARPET. I NOTICED LATER THAT NIGHT THAT HE DID NOT DO IT. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. I FELT THAT HIS BEHAVIOR WAS INAPPROPRIATE AT TIMES DURING THE CLEANING. AFTER HE READ THIS REPORT HE CALLED ME TO ASK IF IT WAS ME AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE.

I really needed a deep cleaning of my carpet.I have three energetic dogs and one 8 month old baby which have turned my beautiful beige carpet into a nightmare. Mud stains, water and milk spills, baby food and a number of other things have damaged my carpet. Great! The carpets had not been cleaned for 4 years since we owned the house. They were badly spotted the worst being spilled coffee stains. They did a wonderful job and we could be on the dry carpets in 3-4 hours. The dryer vent was blocked by a cone shaped bird nest growing toward the inside of the vent . They removed the nest. Then, when cleaning the vent the lint was moist, rolled and crumbled making it very difficult to clean. They persevered and I love the results. Our drying time was greatly reduced and we don’t have to replace the dryer though its over 12 years old. The dryer is fine---it was the blocked vent that was the problem. The All Natural Team took a video of their cleaning the dryer vent documenting their work. I gave them verbal permission to use it as they could to enhance their business. I would highly recommend them and yes will use them again to service my home.

Wiz Team has consistently provided extremely professional service at our home. in regards to the water damage situation, they arrived quickly to assess and address the problems thoroughly. Once assessed, the immediate problem of wet carpet and drywall removal was performed at once and completely, followed by anti-microbial cleaner application, and finally whole space dehumidification for consecutive days to ensure mold growth was inhibited. All throughout the process, George and his team took the time and devoted the energy to inform and educate us as to what was being done and why it was necessary. In addition, George's knowledge of water damage and its causes/effects helped us in deciding how to best remedy the problem and prevent future damage.

Everything went so well. Very professional and they took the time to explain each step of the process. We are extremely happy with the job and their service. Will be calling again for carpet cleaning.

I was overdue on my carpets and after some research I chose Spotless Cleaning Chicago. Now I had never heard of the Dry Carpet System and was skeptic, but after the owner took the time to explain the process and answered my questions, I agreed to their service. I opted for an hour house cleaning as well since they were able to do it all in the same day. There were some terribly bad spots and most of them are completely gone. Only one was stubborn, but it is hardly visible now. My carpets look crisp. A job well done. I was also, satisfied with the cleaning they left all my counter tops and mirrors squeaky clean. The inside of my fridge looks like new. My house was pampered! It was a half day ordeal, but I was able to leave and run errands. They called me once everything was completed. I thought that was very convenient.

After last week's rainstorm in Crystal Lake it was near impossible to find a restoration company to call me back. I signed up for the $99 for 3 roos of carpet cleaning from DUPAGE CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION. I called for an appt. which was easy to schedule with them. They arrived on time. The carpet cleaning was excellent. The men shared some other carpet cleaning tips with me. I was very satisfied.

Very efficient, very helpful. The process was quick and easy and our older carpet looks way better. They raked it when done and it looked really great. The technician was friendly and did a great job.
