Recent Review: When our kids' bathroom flooded, it was gutted except for the shower. Top Notch came in with the best ratings from previous customers, the lowest estimate, and the friendliest representative. It didn't take long for us to choose Top Notch as our contractor. Mr. Kennedy held our hands through the process, which was completely new to us. We built our house ten years ago, but neither of us are handy or very knowledgeable about these things. Within one week, all of the damage was fixed, cabinetry was replaced, floors redone, and new light fixtures were added. The work was beautifully done and the man who was sent to work at our house was courteous and punctual. Overall, we were really pleased with the whole experience and will be contacting Top Notch for our remodeling needs in the future!

Recent Review: Steve's staff were very professional, courteous and NEAT. They worked exceptionally well with our personal plumbers, electricians and painters. This particular project took a few months and working with our funeral home business schedule was a challenge for all of us at times. My sister and I can be quite particular and anxious about such details, so if you are at all like us, Steve is your man! Steve is the calmest, most straightforward, patient and reassuring individual who really got us through this whole project! Steve and his staff were able to shift gears whenever the project required changes or more work. Since the completion of that remodeling project a few years ago, we have continued to call Brighton Home Product for miscellaneous repairs and smaller projects. Brighton Home Products store staff have always been very polite and efficient in taking our messages and making sure our phone calls were returned!

Recent Review: The work was done in a timely manner and everything promised was delivered. The workers were courteous and kept the area clean. I had a couple of issues that needed fixing after the work was done and they were very responsive and took care of it within a day.

Recent Review: We're very pleased with results. In 1957 when dining room was built as an addition, it was walled with vertical wood paneling with no drywall underneath and inferior insulation. The paneling and old insulation was removed and then walled in with new insulation and drywall, taped, finished and painted. It looks very nice and is warmer already. The powder room was demolished to the studs with new insulation added then drywalled. New exhaust fan, fixtures, vanity, tile floor, etc. And touch free faucet. Cool. The biggest job was repairing a walk-in shower, constructed by Harmonious in 2013, that had begun to leak. This required a full demolition (of the work I paid for earlier). This "repair" work was done essentially "under warranty" without charge. So at this point in the review, two comments - (1) All the finished work looks great. Ron (president / owner of Harmonious Decorating) has some talented employees. (2) Regarding the shower repair - at first Ron and I were not seeing eye-to-eye on the cause of the leak and who would be responsible for repair costs. Once it was identified that there was an issue with the 2103 construction Ron stepped up to the plate and repaired the issue (with full demolition and replacement) at essentially no cost for that work. Ron stood behind the quality of his company's work and reputation. "Honorable" is how I would describe Ron and his desire that Harmonious Decorating & Remodeling, Inc be a quality and reputable service provider. This came through with the repair work done. I would use HDR again.

Recent Review: We chose CCCM to remodel our bathroom and kitchen after they remodeled my in-laws kitchen 15 years ago. Terry DeBartolo worked with us to design a more functional, open kitchen in an older home and add a double shower in our master bath. We expanded the job to include new interior doors and trim, remove a wall and open doorways. With his extensive experience he was able to make helpful suggestions and thought of the small details that made a huge difference in the finished rooms. His followup and customer care are outstanding. Terry surrounds himself with professionals from his crew to the the vendors he works with. He holds everyone to his own high standards. He worked hard to make everything go smoothly. Since then I have had CCCM back to do smaller projects and we are currently working on designing a new fireplace front and mantle for our family room. I am a Realtor and have often worked with CCCM to remodel, repair and update homes to get them market ready, including investment properties I own. I have no hesitation in referring clients to him. Most recently, a seller hired CCCM to remodel a powder room, change light fixtures and repair a wood deck. He also noted items that might be home inspection issues and gave us estimates on those repairs. The changes helped make a previously outdated home sell. Recent Review: I have used A&M Remodeling for my basement and since they did an amazing job I hired Mr. Martin Nevarrez to repair my kitchen. He provided us with an estimate for our kitchen and he made sure we stayed within the budget. I have heard horror stories of how dusty it gets to repair the kitchens but A&M and company made sure that they contained all the dust within one area and cleaned after the repairs. Workers were very detailed with the repairs and remodeling. We decided to replace the light fixture which they did upon request. They were very flexible and very polite. I felt comfortable leaving the workers alone in the home while they made the repairs. They were very polite and honest which is a plus for me. They were flexible and very careful with the clean up since I have a dog I didn't want my dog to lick or step on anything fragile. When we were selecting out flooring and back splash Martin was very patient with walking us through the stores and provided us with suggestions, but did not pressure us into getting anything specific. I think we spent a good hour in the store making the right selection. When the work was done we were able to see on spot that was not painted properly and we called Martin and he came back to make the repair and even installed our stove after the company who was to install our stove never came. I highly recommend A&M Remodeling and Mr. Martin Nevarrez they are very honest, clean and reliable. I was left a very happy customer. I would definitely used them again.

Recent Review: They were out here within a couple hours after calling them and within 5 hours of my call the job was done - sump was replaced and the lower floor of my home was in pretty good shape. There promptness really stood out. They discarded some damaged rugs without my knowledge which I was initially upset about, but after talking to them the reimbursed me for the rugs.

Recent Review: Excellent job. Nino came on the Labor day weekend. While he was there repairing the seams, I asked him if he could realign the granite that had shifted, polish a scratched portion, and seal the granite. He did all of this quickly and neatly.
