Having 1.5 baths presents a problem when the tub needs replacement. Kris completed the job in 4.5 days. The entire bathroom was stripped down to studs. Kris added electrical, replaced all drywall, fixed plumbing problems, installed new floor, new tub, toilet, vanity, exhaust fan, & fixtures. Also installed porcelain tile on walls and floor and painted. His work and knowledge of each trade is impeccable. The remodeled room is absolutely perfect. I would hire him again for anything I need done. He worked long days and got the job done quickly. So happy we found KSR!

I first used Wiseguy to re-side my garage. Happy with the great job and competitive pricing, I then hired Wiseguy to turn my three-season porch into an all season room. Turned out beautifully. Gutted, insulated, drywalled, put in pergo floor, 6 energy efficient windows. I have a beautiful year-round room now. I then hired Wiseguy for a complete kitchen remodel. I am thrilled with my beautiful kitchen. New cabinets, countertop, porcelain tile floor, back splash, tile base border. Rocco has a great eye for detail and offers suggestions that, even though I am very particular, were well thought out and right on point. All three of my experiences with Wiseguy were terrific. I highly recommend Wiseguy to anyone in northwest Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Kitchen, basement remodels, garages, fencing, decks, and drywall, are among many of the services they provide.

Chi Renovation & Design
The workers were able to replace the sink, the tiles, the flooring, and the cabinets. They even were able to help us find new appliances. The whole kitchen is brand new and I love it. They did a great job and as time goes on while my husband and I are working on the rest of the house we will definitely come to CHI Renovation again.

Remodel Studios
From the design stage to actual remodel, Remodel Studios did a fantastic job. 4Ever Remodeling
We had very good experience with 4Ever Remodeling. They did whole kitchen and master bathroom remodeling that took 8 weeks. We got multiple estimates from different companies. Many team members from 4Ever Remodeling where involved in the project ; from designer, project manager to filed crew. Whole remodeling went as planned with small change orders due to discovery after demolition. Not a surprise as this is an old houses. Final result was as per design selection with high attention to details. Planning to do basement remodeling soon and will be in touch with them for estimate.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Pete originally came out to paint my house. They were on time, professional and hard working. This was a big job, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two hallways. one has a ceiling that is at least 15 feet high. They were very trustworthy and we were comfortable with having them in our home when we needed to go out. This job was completed in 2 days The second job was to remodel a small bathroom, this was done a month later. They started on a Saturday and were done in 7 days (pictures attached) this is my dream bathroom. it is small so I could have fun with this. Pete provided suggestions and ideas that were very helpful. the cost for both jobs was very reasonable. 2600 for the painting, 4000 for the bathroom. I would definitely recommend Pete and use him again for future jobs.

Recent Review: Since we moved in, our laundry was located on the 1st floor in the kitchen, behind bi-fold doors; our house was built in 1972 so having your laundry in your kitchen must have been popular. Doing laundry was a miserable experience as there was no work space. We called Artur Bak of Bak Brothers Remodeling to receive an estimate on our proposed project. Artur was very responsive. My husband insisted we couldn't get the basement remodeled UNLESS Bak was willing to fix any potential cracks possibly hidden underneath the 1970's wood paneling. Everything I asked Artur to do, and if projects I wanted to add, but had to find out estimates first, he was willing to accommodate. -cracks in basement were filled with sealant and made flush with wall -removal of faux wood paneling and installation of drywall & painting -installed recessed lighting throughout basement & new electric outlets per building code -installed a frameless glass shower door, vanity and toilet -doors installed-including a pocket door between office & bathroom -baseboard and base shoe installed per customer's specifications -installed porcelain tiles on basement floor -painted all the rooms of the basement per customer's specifications The attached photos really demonstrate Bak Brothers Remodeling was able to achieve.
