Recent Review: Work as performed by Champion or their sub-contractors was uniformly timely and excellent. Champion provided architectural renderings, consulted with us and suggested alternatives when local regulations required that we alter our plans, and obtained all required building permits. All workers, both Champion employees and subcontractors, were prompt, professional, courteous, considerate of our concerns, and were careful to clear the work area of all debris after completion of the work. All work was performed with minimal disruption to our daily routine. All construction materials used were, to our ability to judge, of the highest quality. We have now enjoyed our new patio room for the better part of a year. It is beyond my abilities to express how pleased and happy we are with the room Champion provided for my wife and I. I have no reservations at all in recommending Champion Window of Chicago.

Recent Review: The job went great. This is the second time I have used Pave Stone. Both jobs went perfect. This time around I needed them to raise the soil level and add new sod in the front and backyard. I also had them put in a patio in the backyard. Sergio gave me many options for the stone. The one he recommended looks great. I couldn't be happier. His team was professional and attentive. The job was not too big, so they finished in 2 days.

Recent Review: It went well, considering the rain-filled Fall weather (we delayed one week), and TMW was able to complete before the cold weather set in. The garden area South end of patio was torn up quite a bit, but that is how it goes as to wheel in the concrete. Concrete splattered on garage siding, so I needed to scrub-down siding to remove splash. (Some plastic sheeting tacked-up before the pour & trowel might have prevented this other work) .

Recent Review: They were a landscaping company but they also did construction work. They have also been doing the weekly landscaping services for me. I have been using them for the past two years as I have been here only for the past two years. They have been good and I have not had any problems with them whatsoever. They did what they said that they would do and for the price that they said they would do for. I could not argue with that. I don't have anything to compare their price to.

Recent Review: We wanted a 12 x 15 concrete patio put in and our old small landing removed. Jack was very responsive with giving us the estimate and getting us scheduled right away. We had a party coming up and wanted the patio done before the party and he was able to fit us in just in time. I have experienced bad communication with other contractors in the past, but expert concrete was very responsive and did everything when and how they said they would. They communicated at every step of the process, so we knew what to expect. When removing the old slab, the employee noticed some rotting wood along the house. He warned us of possible termites or water damage and offered to put up some flashing before pouring the new concrete to reduce water getting in and further damaging the wood. They picked up the flashing and installed it for a minimal charge of $20. The only minor complaint we had was with cleanup. They left the dirt they removed and filled some holes on the ground as we had agreed to. However, there were a few pieces of the old concrete buried under the dirt. All in all though, we are very pleased with the patio and would recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work.

Recent Review: Excellent. Covid 19 slowed things down initially but everything went smoothly once construction materials became available. Crew was professional and efficient. Adam and Yancy were very responsive to any questions and issues. The patio enclosure is the talk of the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
