Fortis was wonderful! They came when they said they were going to. Took apart my old deck, which was not an easy task. Concrete work is dependent on the weather, but they basically stuck to the estimated timeframe. They took care of the permits, too. We love the larger drive and the beautiful ramped walkway to the front porch - needed for my mom's wheelchair. We're very pleased!

The project was completed swiftly and professionally from start to finish. Sam paid lots of attention to our wheelchair ramp design and particular attention to its safety features. He is a carpenter of the finest order and really knows what he is doing. Worth every cent! Would not hesitate to hire him at ain and again. HONEY DO HOME
Excellant! New flooring and plumbing work to replace roll-in shower (for wheelchair access) to utility sink. Also drywall work needed after shower was taken out. Ivan is very meticulous and does a clean job. He is also flexible with plans and very punctual. Ivan has done electrical and plumbing work previously for me as well and did an excellant job with fixing the kitchen sink leak. He is my "go to" handyman!

Bob was quick to respond to my phone call and come out to inspect the existing patio. He was very thorough in explaining the nature of the work (even leaving us with several samples of our wood options) and sent us an estimate on the same day of the inspection. After taking estimates from other providers, we went with Premier because of the price and the level of detail offered in the initial inspection. Once we had made this decision, we had a contract signed, and the work was completed within 5 days. The job itself took 2 days - one for demo and one for construction. The crew was courteous and professional, and took care to clean up all debris left over from the job. The new deck looks great, and I'm glad to be rid of the wheelchair ramp, which was starting to fall apart. Many thanks to the company for their speed and professionalism.

KEVIN KOOPMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL (LET ME KNOW THAT IF I BOUGHT THE WOOD MYSELF IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR ME). WITH ANOTHER CARPENTER HE DID EXCELLENT WORK ON THE RAMPS. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS AS WELL AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED, AND I WAS A BIT SHOCKED BY THE BILL WHEN IT CAME. TO BE FAIR, I DIDN'T GET AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND, AND FROM TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAS WORKED ON SIMILAR JOBS I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE. THOUGHT IT A BIT CHEEKY THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR TAKING THE UNUSED WOOD AWAY AFTERWARDS.

I called Mr. Babicz and I received a prompt call in return. I explained what I wanted and the prices I had found to buy a portable ramp. Mr. B. reassured me that he could design and build one for much less money. And that he did! He was on time and he didn't stop working until he was done. He even cleaned up when he completed his job! What a treat that was! The ramp was built so that I (a woman) could easily lean it out of the way so that I could get my car in the garage. Ted placed wheels on the ramp so that I could easily lay the ramp down, wheel it up to the doorway, and then push it into place! It worked like a charm! Ted made sure that I was able to handle it on my own before he left. I was extremely pleased with his sevices.

The person who came out the first time, had the wrong phone number and so we had to reschedule. However, the second person came on the correct date, at the correct time, and was absolutely wonderful. He attached the banister very securely.

Handyman 4 Hire
He did a wonderful job of building the steps in the garage. He also put in a hand rail for us. We needed a wheelchair ramp for our front door and he did an amazing job. It can be put away when we don't need it but it worked beautifully when we used it. Wayne is so friendly and helpful, we plan to use him again to put in some lighting for our kitchen and patio.
