Mike was on time and began work immediately. He was very punctual when it came to calling inspectors throughout the project and we never had an incident with regard to any of the inspections necessary. Mike designed and installed two separate, but connected cabana areas (one of which is attached to our house in the yard). The other cabana area, which houses an in-ground hot tub, is attached to the initial larger cabana. Mike uses the best material possible that he hand-picks himself which is extremely important to achieve the highest quality workmanship. He installed the roof for the cabanas which he matched perfectly with our existing house and all the gutters and soffits that also match perfectly with our existing house. He gave us many options to choose from with regard to cosmetic additions to our cabanas including designer pole covers with crown. Mike is extremely confident in the work he provides and will be honest with you if he feels something will or will not work. It has been 4 years since we had the cabana installed and are still extremely happy and confident in the structures. Both cabanas could withstand a Florida hurricane and that's no exaggeration. We are so confident in Mike's workmanship, we had him install a beautiful pergola in our yard over the bar by our pool. We have had many compliments from family, friends and neighbors with regard to the cabanas and pergola and could not be more happy with the work Mike has performed. To all of you looking to find an honest, hard-working contractor, Mike's your guy.

We recently worked with Mike Rosian to build an attached 20x24 cabana in our backyard. We were convinced we wanted to work with Mike after we saw what a beautiful job he did on our neighbors pergola. Not only do we love the final product but from the start Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was a man of his word. His responsiveness, organization, guidance, knowledge, work ethic, and business acumen are only a FEW of the reasons we are so happy. Thanks mike, you turned our backyard into paradise!

They were so professional, they had the old shed out and the new shed in place very efficiently. The new shed is clearly much better built and attractive than my older shed. They were even very careful of my beloved bush that stood in front of the shed area. Construction is very sound. They were able to give excellent advice on how to make sure my new shed is protected. I would unconditionally recommend them.

We had an old 8x12 barn shed removed and replaced with an 8x10 stable shed. We also had them paint the new shed. Normally they would tear down and build in One day but we were unsure about the condition of the ground under the old shed. They were able to come a few days early and do the tear down. They came back a couple days later and put up the new shed. John was very easy to work with. He provided all the info we needed for the permit and had no issues getting that ourselves. We are very happy with our new shed.

Used Tuff Shed online designer tool and went to Lisle store to check out demo units. Looked at other shed kits at other places but decided that Tuff Shed had best quality. Eric at the Lisle office was very helpful. Ordered up Premier Pro Ranch version with a few options. Franklin Park which is the factory for this area, called me a few days later to schedule delivery and installation which was about 4 weeks out. Crew showed up on time and installed shed in about 4 hrs. Crew was bit messy leaving caulk and paint around the yard in the grass but shed turned out great and overall I'm happy. If I needed another shed I would have Tuff Shed build it for me.

They did a great job. Our new tool shed matched our house exactly both color and style. Their workmen were very professional and the shed was completed in only days, both the teardown and rebuild.

DOUG, THE BUILDER, WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE SHED IS OF HIGH QUALITY, MUCH BETTER THAN MANY THAT I COMPARED WITH. THE COST OF THE SHED WAS VERY GOOD. VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE CONSTRUCTION. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A GOOD VALUE.

The shed took a bit more time and the gate was done solidly since the post was never in cement- was above ground and the gate was heavy for the post. Several handymen a few years ago declined even to do the gate post on the deck- shed was not an issue back then.
