We scheduled the service with no problem and they arrived on-time on the day of the service. We have a pretty old boiler and the technician had no issues with servicing the boiler. Everything was performed as expected and the boiler has run well all winter. We would use All-Temp again.

The company was very good with follow up after original estimate. The price was higher than competitors but they were willing to negotiate. The installation wasn't completed on the day as scheduled because the people who they arranged to remove the old boiler weren't able to show up, so it had to be rescheduled on two subsequent days (1 for the removal, 1 for the finishing installation).

The company called and made the appointment, they can when they said they would be here. The Tech came in I took him to the basement he opened the closet were the boiler was and he said that you have a boiler and the coupon on Angie's List did not include a boiler I showed him the coupon where it did say that it included a boiler and he said the they do boilers but it would be at a cost of over $200.00. He was very nice, said he was sorry and left.

Last fall we made an emergency call to Cahill to check on the boiler, which was making a lot of noise and discharging fumes. Cahill sent out a technician quickly who determined that the boiler was cracked and needed to be replaced. Before replacing the boiler, Ed at Cahill assessed the heating requirements of the building and inspected all the units to determine the correct size boiler to be installed rather than replacing it with the same size unit. Because he took a short time to do the assessment, we were able to purchase a smaller unit and save us money not only on the unit, but also on future heating costs. Cahill also installed new controls and charged us the pricing from an outdated estimate even though the cost for the controls had increased. Replacement of the boiler and controls was not planned, and Cahill worked as quickly as possible to remove the old boiler, and attain and install the new boiler. We were very happy with the work performed by Cahill.

I came home to find that my boiler pilot light was out and the house was freezing cold. I called All-Temp at 10am the next day,a nd they had a technician out by 2pm same day. Frank was very nice and knowledgeable and installed a new themorcouple and cleaned out the entire boiler. He also showed my how to oil my boiler pump. Great service, will definitely use again.

It took me 25 years to be able to afford them, but you get what you pay for. New boiler should last 30 years. House is clearly more comfortable with outside air intake to this boiler. Natural gas costs may have even gone down a bit from previous 95% high efficiency boiler. Borter was the only firm that could service my previous boiler correctly and they did the service for a reasonable fee.

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning
Four Seasons came out and fixed the ignition system on our boiler. The company I used to use for maintenance on the boiler is now commercial only. Four Seasons recommended cleaning the boiler as it hadn't been serviced in a few years. After cleaning, the technician said the CO levels were too high and recommended replacing the boiler. We knew we would be needing a new boiler at some point, it was 35 years old. However, we feel taking it apart to clean may have accelerated the need for a replacement. Four Seasons scheduled for a crew that specialized in boilers to come back on Saturday. The two guys really hustled and installed the boiler in one day. They were super professional and cleaned up everything, including hauling out the old boiler. I had a minor problem a few months later and Four Seasons promptly sent someone out to repair the defective part under warranty. I would absolutely hire them again.

I woke up and it was cold in the house. No heat. I checked Angies List for heating contractors near me with a good rating. I called ALL TEMP HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING INC. They were polite and helpful on the phone, she said she'd send a technician. He was here within the hour and he was pleasant and professional. He fixed my problem promply and cleaned and adjusted my boiler and pilot. I am very satisfied, and would recommend them to anyone.

Gremillion Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning
We called Brett to come in and inspect the boilers for our house, as the pilot light had gone out on one, and I couldn't get it to stay lit. I was fairly sure it was the Thermocouple, but I wanted both boilers inspected regardless. Brett came on the evening of the day we called him, and was very helpful. During the inspection, we realized the 2nd boiler was rusted through and leaking Carbon Monoxide into the basement. He called me the next morning with a quote for a new boiler and came that day to replace it and get the 1st boiler running. The response time was incredible and all of his guys were extremely friendly and hard workers. Brett was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even waived the initial service call fee and parts/labor for the 1st boiler. I definitely intend to use Gremillion Mechanical in the future.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT A VERY OLD BOILER AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY GOT IT WRONG. THE OWNER SEEMS KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED AND HONEST. THE COMPANY''S PROPOSAL FOR A BOILER INSTALLATION SUGGESTED THAT IT MAY NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER TO DO BIG JOBS AS QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY AS LARGER COMPANIES CAN, BUT THE PRICES FOR THE REPAIRS WE HAD DONE WERE REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Recent Review: Tim was fantastic! I discovered in the middle of the night our heat had gone out (on the coldest night of the year.) I didn't want to wait until the morning to get someone to come out, because of the dangerously cold temperatures. We have a baby and pets and I wanted to get the problem fixed asap. I called Tim and left a voicemail. He called me back right away and, much to my surprise, he told me he would come right out. Tim diagnosed the problem very quickly and told me I needed a new boiler pump. He said he would get the part first thing in the morning and be back to make the repairs. As promised, Tim returned just when he said he would, and had my system up and running in no time -- and did it all for a very reasonable price. Tim really went above and beyond for us. Thanks Tim for the outstanding service!
