Could NOT have been any better. Wonderful from start to finish! Jeff was the technician who came to my home. He was on time and began work immediately. He moved from task to task with efficiency - not too quickly as if trying to rush the job, not too slowly - with perfect pace. He cleaned up each task prior to moving on to the next one. He was very respectful of my home. If any clarification was required he made sure that I understood what needed to be one and obtained my permission prior to doing it. Everything he installed works perfectly. I have used Budget Right several times and have always had a good experience. This experience was excellent and I will ask for Jeff for further work.

While gutting the basement of our Chicago 2flat we found we were in need of an entire basement overhaul -- termite damage, severe plumbing issues, as well as a large section of the floor (hidden under a tile floor) that wasn't concrete :( After getting rid of the termites, we had several contractors come over to address the state of the basement. The prices were all over the place and nothing felt right. Then we called Divot. Owner Fred Popolo spent an hour or so taking notes, measuring, and asking us questions while we walked through the space. Fred did such a thorough inspection that we were ready to hire him on the spot. He came back with his estimate and we were wowed by the detail he put into the paperwork. The price was right, the plan of attack was great, and the details were all clear. Divot started work shortly after that. Demo, concrete floor poured, bathroom, new windows, doors, framing, walls, tile, painting, custom shelves... everything they did looks great. Even little things, such as the trim around the windows, clearly show the work of skilled craftsmen. Fred also referred us to an amazing plumber who coordinated with them as the basement was worked on. Divot exceeded our expectations as we saw the basement unfold into an exciting space. Fred checked in with us every step of the way, and the communication level was great. We felt we were in good hands the entire time. Divot clearly aims to deliver an outstanding service and make the customer very happy.

Working with 4Ever Remodeling was great. We had a completely unfinished basement with 2 sealed up crawl spaces. They opened up the crawl spaces to be used for storage, finished a portion of the basement and made a laundry room for us. For being such a large project, communication was really good. We were always able to get in contact with our project manager. Everyone, from the designers, the project manger and the team doing the work really cared about making the remodeling look good.

It was a great experience from the initial call to project completion. The team was professional, patient and understanding. The work is the highest of quality. Throughout the build, FBC was responsive; listening and adapting to every little modifications that popped into our heads. Worth the cost.

I am very glad to give a reference for The Creative Approach Builders and Remodelers, Inc., Steve Lauer, owner; on our recent basement construction. We purchase our new home and wanted to finish the basement. The square footage was approximately 2100 feet of unfinished area. After the drawings were submitted we agreed on 1300 sq. ft. of living area. The rest would be storage. From the start to finish, everything was done very professionally. Through putting up the framework to the laying of the floor, the workers were efficient and knowledgeable. The best experience o the construction was our personal input in every aspect. We decided on changing parts of the construction supplements other than what Steve offered. This was accepted by Steve with no hassle. Working with Steve and his workers was an easy and professional endeavor. We will be hiring Steve to do other construction work on our home in the future.

Adam and his team were great to work with throughout the entire project. We got quotes from many different companies and the thing that stood out to me the most about Adam was that he actually LISTENED to everything I was saying. I wanted to create a home theater along with a main living area and storage in our basement. I told Adam exactly what I was looking for for our basement as there were a lot of small details that I needed to be completed and out of all of the contractors we spoke with Adam was the only one I felt confident and completely comfortable in that he'd give us exactly what we wanted. In the end the basement turned out absolutely fantastic and I'll be looking to hire Adam and his crew again for future projects.

Overall the project was great! We are very happy with the quality of the work and the basement looks great. From design to build to final inspections, the whole process was awesome. We especially enjoyed the ability to pick out all our custom finishes, paint colors, and the custom design process for finishing our space. Also being able to follow along through the mobile app was a great benefit -- left no questions about when/where/who the next phase would be. Awesome experience!

I hired Matrix to finish my basement and it turned out beautiful! This company runs like a very well-oiled machine. My project was done on-time and all sub-contractors were professional, polite, honest, and flexible. Very high-quality work! Matrix had been recommended to me by my neighbor and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch basement remodel.

Went very well - they handled all of the work from start to finish including handling contractors. They were very flexible throughout the process in updating plans as issues came up (like when we realized the space at the bottom of the staircase would be too small to move furniture in, they helped rework the space to make it more open and roomy). I think it went very well and the finished product was delivered much earlier than expected and the quality of the work is very high.

Very pleased with the quality of this project. Even when there were needed changes and hiccups our project manager Dan always went above and beyond to accommodate. The project was completed ahead of schedule and they were flexible in allowing us to use our own people for certain things which really helped us. When it came to pricing they worked very hard to make sure we were at a comfortable place for financing. We will work with them again and have referred others to them as well. Cant wait to use their new Garage services!

This was our first remodel and quite the undertaking. We had a half/completed finished basement that 4Ever finished and added a bar. They also did some finishing work in our basement bathroom which included a closet and replaced 8 windows. We worked with Ryan, Magda, Anna, Machiek and Robert. Everyone was always very responsive and thorough. Any problem was addressed quickly and professionally. Robert and his teammate were remarkably punctual and fast and I would totally work with them again. Magda and Anna had a lot of great suggestions. Pricing was competitive with other bids we received.

Great communication throughout the project. Very pleased with the job done and the finished product. Highly recommended!
