Did not go with custom design. The owner of the company hired a surveyor that produced an incorrect survey. Wrong measurements. The owner then took the bogus survey to the Town to get a building permit without telling us. He also did not compare his survey to our survey that was done in 2010 for an inground pool. His survey was incorrect and showed our pool in violation by being too close to the lot line. The Town building inspector issued the building permit but noticed the discrepency in surveys. The Town threatened to have us fill in our pool due to the new bogus survey measurements. To add insult to injury the owner of custom designs accused us of changing our original survey. Who the **** does that? We saw the owners survey upon request and saw the owner's surveyor made a huge mistake. So the owner now knows his guy screwed up but refuses to give us deposit back after we said we didn't want to do the project with him. We gave him a refundable 1,000 deposit. The owner was refunded the money from the Town for the building permit, He won't give us our deposit because he says we owe him for his time and the bogus survey. When the owner realized his survey wrong he said he would just change the #s on it to be correct, is he ok in head? That is the exact thing he accused us of. He either has dimentia or he is just a crook that does shotty work.

Good presentation delayed in starting, had excuses for leaving early, left project partially done left without covering area and area flooded with water in house down heating vent and in to cellar, 1st try at roof left running water in sunroom second roof attempt better now we just have ice jams. Building inspector was not happy with their services

It took them months and months to do the job, when they did show up they only sent 1 man to work! It was worse than building a whole house. When it was first built there were alot of leaks so they had to come out a couple for repairs. The end product was an A but the labor part was a C-.

The job went very well. The Collins brothers had never done this exact type of work before and are not affiliated with the company that built the sunroom, but they were able to do the whole job from a planning guide. The installation supervisor for the sunroom company had no issues whatsoever with all the prep work and the room was installed with a crane in one day without incident.

We had a complete knock down of a three season porch and replaced that with a sunroom. It is beautiful. Morgan is a pleasure to work with.

From the marketing to installation to the follow up everything was to our liking. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Dave went above and beyond to get the job done, always being on top of everything to keep the job rolling. Thank you Vista Home Improvement we love our new sunroom and deck!!!!

Excellent work. Great people to work with. My addition came out nicer than I wanted. Best thing was communication. I never felt like I was being ignored.

FIVE-STAR RATING: It?s a pleasure to offer this top rating for our experience working with Brady Built Sunrooms of Auburn, Massachusetts in spring/summer 2014. ROOM STYLE: Our new peaked sunroom dormers out from a den-like room on the top floor of our home ? very dramatic. WE DID OUR HOMEWORK: We thoroughly investigated the leading sunroom companies in our area, across the full range of price points. PRICE (NO MIDDLE MEN): One of the things that distinguished Brady Built from its competitors is that it was able to design, build, deliver and install a high-end room for us at a mid-range price point. This is possible because with Brady Built you work directly with the factory. THE FACTORY: Before we bought the room, we were given a tour of the factory. They explained every step of the design and construction process. We saw more than a dozen rooms in various styles and in various stages of construction. We visited our own room a few times to watch it evolve. And we visited the factory to approve the room when it was ready to be delivered. CONTRACT TERMS: Brady has a boilerplate contract. We worked together making a few tweaks to address our concerns. DESIGN: The Brady folks took fine-point measurements and presented a detailed design. The engineering drawings showed several different views and listed the key specifics, identifying the materials that would be used. CURVED WOOD BEAM FRAMEWORK: This is where Brady really stands out from the competition. The most expensive competitors also offered beautiful wood beams, but these companies would have had to go to outside contractors at considerable additional cost to get us the curved beams we wanted. CONSTRUCTION: Brady was the only company that builds and thoroughly water tests their rooms at their factory. Each of the other companies wanted to build our room on site, estimating that the property would be disturbed for about two to three weeks. We didn?t want the construction mess, including scaffolding, the danger of workers falling or dropping heavy glass, and the security problems from having the house somewhat ?open" until the room was sealed up. INSTALLATION: When the room was ready to be delivered and installed, we went to the factory to make sure everything was in order. A few days later, the room was brought to our home on a flat-bed truck, craned over the house, lowered into position and secured to our home. My wife and I commented that we should have sold tickets ? it was so fascinating to watch this process. The install took about a day and a half. SERVICE: As with any large custom contracting project there were a few ?punch-list? items. Brady handled them promptly and professionally without charge and did not request the final payment until we were completely satisfied. WATER TIGHT: We?re writing this after the record snowstorms of February, 2015. The Brady room is completely dry. This is significant because we had lots of water problems with the original sunroom that was built when the house was first constructed in the late 1980s. It?s also significant because we?re dealing with serious leaks in other parts of our home. ALL SEASONS ROOM: Our sunroom is heated and air conditioned ? we use it year round. It was installed during a hot spell last summer. And we?re experiencing single-digit temperatures now (February 2015) with below zero wind chills without problems. ADDED VALUE TO OUR HOME: Our friends, family and business colleagues who have seen the room love it ? several of them said the room adds a ?wow factor? to our home. We?re certain that we added more value to our home than the cost of the project. OUR RECOMMENDATION TO OTHERS CONSIDERING BRADY: These are great folks who do great work. Paul and his crew installed a beautiful deck in our backyard and converted our 3 season breezeway into a 4 season sunroom. Paul was incredibly great to work with: he is very responsive by text; he cares about the job and gets excited about the work as much as we did! He kept us in the loop at all times with the schedule and changes. He provided us with a great deal of service. He managed the permitting process from submission and available for all inspections. Constructed our amazing deck. Demolished, framed, insulated and installed new walls, windows, sliding doors, floor heating system (from the system itself to tiles), finishes, electric baseboard and painting. He picked up the doors, windows and tiles we ordered from various vendors. We are extremely happy with the service, work and final product from Paul. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with everyone at Morgan Exteriors, quick responses when you called, friendly and professional every step of the way. No pressure during the sales portion of the process, very willing to explain what our options were and how best to lay out the room. The construction team came out to measure and verify everything that was purchased would work properly on our location. Living in a flood zone, there were additional permits and discussions with the town zoning committee that was all taken care of by Morgan. All paperwork was put into place and I needed to do no additional work. All my footings needed to be replaced, and the team was very careful not to do too much damage to the surrounding lawn. For the amount of demolition work that needed to be done to prep the site, there was almost no damage to any of my landscaping. They went to great lengths to keep everything protected. Construction of the room took about 2 weeks and they worked around my schedule to be on site should they have needed me for any questions that arose. All the workers are full time employees and not subcontractors, everyone was very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. Any questions I had were fully discussed and they were willing to take as much time as needed to talk through any thoughts I had on the project. The existing deck I had was a bit shaky due to the height (about 12 feet off the ground) and the way it was originally constructed. The amount of support and bracing they used has made the room very solid. Not a single issue passing the town inspections. The inspector told me that they have never had an issue with this company and the room was well built. This company is very professional and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. I would absolutely use them again for any work that I had on the house. I was sorry to see them leave, they were really a nice group to work with.

I have used EcoServ for 2 home projects and they have done an outstanding job with both. They communicate clearly, take the time to listen to concerns/ideas, walk you through the scope of the work, and most importantly do great work at a reasonable cost. They take the anxiety out of working with contractors.

They are fine. The only thing was that we had some problems with the glass, as it was breaking but they got the problem fixed. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the glass because of this problem. I would consider using them again in the future.

This was an up and down project. It naturally took longer than expected due to the pandemic so I wont comment on things out of their control. Initial communication with Sean was great, but after we signed the contract and he got his down payment his communication mostly disappeared. Through the delays in the pandemic, his not communicating was disconcerting. But the biggest screw up from Sean was him telling us he would take care of the permit, only to discover at the last minute he never applied and then we would need a special permit. At this point Sean left us to fend for ourselves with the town boards, which having never done this was disturbing. Other companies will handle this for you so this is a huge negative from CMS. Naturally, with two armature home owners trying to work the system, the special permit was not granted and we had to make a huge shift in plan to fit a smaller plan in place, which added even more time to the project. Finally when the project was ready, Sean handed over the project to his manager Kevin. Kevin was fabulous through (see end comment though) and his construction team was great. Kevin's communication was great. The quality of the work done was top notch over all. The floor framing looks like it will last 100 years or more. I have some concerns about some side quality. Primary was as part of this project we had an old awning on the roof. CMS agreed (needed to) take the awning off and patch the roof. In the beginning I spoke to Kevin about using some extra roofing shingles I had in the shed to replace the ones with the holes. Kevin agreed to using these, but at the end of the project I had to ask them multiple times to fix the holes. They finally did but used the cheapest possible roofing paper to glue over the holes. I told him these would not last long and he just denied that and said they would last as long as the roof. Naturally, they all fell off during the first winter and I'll need to now pay a professional roofer big bucks to do the job right. I'm also very concerned about how they sealed the roof of the sunroom to the wall but time will tell on this one. The final straw for me is at the very end of the job we still had a small punch list of items but Kevin wanted final payments. I did express some concerns to him about paying final payment before the last items were done and he was open to me holding some back. But then I felt like he had been so good to work with to date that I would show a good faith in him and just pay up and I was sure he would follow up. Huge mistake. It took many months of me nagging him over and over and over before he finally sent a guy out to fix the most glaring construction piece. But there are still two items we had agreed they would take care of and now he just ignores my texts and it is clear they intend to never finish the job. So - lesson learned, no matter how nice you think they are, never pay the final installment until you are 100% satisfied with the end result. Hold back a minimum of $1,000, or more if the work value is more than that, as enough of an incentive for them to do their job.

Built a beautiful 12x14 feet sun room. |At the start, I was very impressed with John's honesty. He spent a lot of time explain in detail and worked very closely with us on the design of the sun room. Before we sign the contract, John brought us to one of the recent sun room they built in my neighborhood and have us talk with the owner alone. |The project went very smoothly and they did the work very professionally.
