AMAZING. At first I hired Mr. Andia's firm because we had some rainwater entering the house through the stucco (we believed). Mr. Andia identified the problem--he needed to replace caulking. He and his crew showed up promptly, worked very carefully (in cold weather), and most importantly the problem was 100% fixed. We next hired them for a basement finishing where they did blue board and plaster work. Again, they were clearly experts and approached the work as perfectionists. The walls are completely smooth. My uncle who is a retired builder from NY visited and said their results were excellent. Finally, Mr. Andia has 10 years of experience in tile installation and although his primary business is stucco, plaster, and painting, I was so pleased with his firm's diligence and customer service that I hired them for a large tile installation. I know enough about tile that I was comfortable doing this. Again, terrific work. All at reasonable prices.

Excellent! We are new to living in a stucco house and were unsure if some of the cracks in the outside walls and foundation should be cause for concern. Joe came by and took a look at the house. He explained that the cracks were not large enough to be a concern and not a sign of any structural issues. He said it would be a waste of our money to hire anyone for this service. Our steps were in major disrepair and had been "fixed" haphazardly over the years. It was a daunting job, and Peter was very clear and honest about the work that was needed. He carefully and painstakingly went over every inch of the area that needed repairs and made sure we were absolutely clear on what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. We were amazed by the final product: our steps are so much safer now, and they are beautiful! Recent Review: Jason was excellent. He responded to my request for free estimate right away. He provided the estimate via email the following day. Jason and his team came on a Friday to do the demo. He left the sight clean. They left the siding cleaner than it was before they started the job. You couldn't even tell they were there. They ran into a couple of small problems due to prior repairs and weather. They dealt with it. The estimate was right on except for a small upgrade that I made. No fault of theirs. They were there when they said. They were polite. I would recommend them to other people. I would use them again.

Recent Review: I have a stucco house and Kiernan and his crew were great. They came within a week to do the work. It took 2 days. They were very thorough and not only repaired the stucco where it was disintegrating and fixed one large crack..but went all over the house and fixed any cracks they saw. They also cemented the side porch (which was leaking) along the seams even though that was a new problem since they gave their estimate ....and didn't charge anything extra. They were cheerful and cleaned up afterwards so you couldn't even tell they were there. I am sure their work as plasterers would be great too. I would definitely recommend them.

Recent Review: These guys were awesome. We got a quick, easy estimate, and they were able to schedule the job at a time that worked with our schedule. When we had bought our new-old house, we had realized on the inspection that there were many holes in the chimney, making it a possible carbon monoxide hazard, and the mortar between the bricks was literally crumbling in places, due to the residue from our oil burner mixing with the water that dripped down the chimney from lack of a rain cap. They recommended a "used" rain cap to decrease cost (looks and works like new), and were sensitive to our budget when discussing repair options. The team arrived on time, and completed the work in even less time than anticipated. The head of the two-man team especially, was extremely personable, and showed me his most prized possession--a letter from his nephew thanking him for saving his dad's life, by donating one of his kidneys! I was happy I hired them, and was very pleased with the work they did.
