Went very well. When Keith came out to scope out the project, he was very clear in what he will do and how he would go around re-stretching it. He also notified me of areas that he wanted cleared. Jim is very professional and knows his job. Our carpets were badly wrinkled. Although our house is only ten years old it was so bad that we had already replaced the flooring in two rooms, and now we wish that we had done these other rooms earlier instead of waiting until we were ready to sell our house. He did a great job and he is a really nice guy.

I decided it was time to repaint my sons room. The carpet needed repair as well so as I would have the room empty to paint , it was the perfect time to have the carpet fixed. I called Mr Hesnan in the morning after finding him on Angie's list. I explained the problem and that I needed to get it done ASAP so I could get my son back in his room. He was willing to come at the end of the day after his last apointment and do my job. The carpet looks great and the service was excellent.

Recent Review: My husband contacted them by phone and scheduled a date to have the existing carpeting in our condo re-stretched. They were able to come in on pretty short notice - less than a week. The workmen arrived during the stated one hour time frame and went right to work. They assisted in moving a few pieces of furniture and worked around me as I was trying to get some painting done in another part of the condo. They vacuumed up the pieces of trimmed carpet when they were done. The results made a great improvement in the appearance. It took them about an hour to do the work.

He helped narrow down carpet/padding options, let me take samples for our new house to match with paint, and was out on short notice to measure/provide quote. We had a 2 day window to get painting and carpet done before having our belongings delivered from storage and Paul was more than willing to work with us to meet our schedule. The installers were right on time and were very professional.
