We had damage from Sandy on our flat roof and some shingles on the main roof. I patched the flat roof with duck tape and called several roof contractors that were recommended. They said they were busy but come by. They never did. Our across the street neighbor said, she was impressed with how quickly the roof on the house behind her got repaired. So we drove by and got the number from the sign. I then checked angie's list and saw great reviews. My first surprise was that on my first call, Dave Rogers (I think that is the owners name) answered the phone himself and I did not have to go to voice mail. He came over that day or the next, looked at things and said the top roof really needed to be replaces since the shingles were bent up and that the cost for the flat roof was more than the insurance adjuster estimate. He said we should re contact the original insurance adjuster with this new information. We did and the insurance adjuster agreed to pay based on Premier's estimate. (We are also very pleased with the insurers, Saftey Insurance, and the adjuster, Bobby Thompson, I think throughout for very prompt attention and payments.) Premier than completed the entire job the next Monday and had the dumpster promptly hauled away the next morning.
