The Jado shower fixture in our new house has been giving us problems ever since we moved in 3 months ago (even though the fixture is less then 1 year old!). First we had a problem with the water temperature not being consistent and then an incident where we couldn't turn off the water in the shower -- the faucet had "stripped". A previous plumber we called came out and installed a new valve but that failed too. The second time, I called L and G and they came out right away, they diagnosed the problem, and laid out some options with pros and cons. We elected to have them replace the valve one more time (rather than install a whole new faucet). They did the work on time, they were careful, they spent lots of time testing to make sure that everything was working (which they previous plumbers didn't do) and then they cleaned up after themselves!! I feel lucky to have found them and would use them again without hesitation.
