I thought Extreme Co did a very good job. I live in a building with strict rules for contractors (no working except between 9-5, specific equipment transportation requirements, no working on weekends) and a tight deadline, but we managed to bring Extreme Co in on a Monday and get almost all the work done by the Friday. Most of the contractors we met didn't think the work could get done in such a short amount of time or had full schedules, but we needed to get it done because of a tight moving window. Needless to say, despite being held up their first day by the building manager, who informed them of the building's rules, they kept to schedule and managed to get almost everything done by the end of the week. They were very accommodating of the movers on the Friday, giving us room to move everything in before continuing painting. We agreed that they should come back on Monday and do a few touchups (Building management wouldn't let them work or move stuff over the weekend)), so they left their equipment here through the weekend. The only negative I'd give them is in punctuality, as they had to reschedule touchups from Monday to Tuesday because of sickness, forcing us to endure one extra day with some of their equipment taking up the kitchen of our 1 bedroom condo. Other than that, I was very impressed with the quality of the work they managed to do in such a short amount of time, especially in Downtown Boston where it can be a nightmare to get work done at strict condos.
