It went well. they were on time, very informative and did an additional crack repair for the same Angie's price. it looks very neat, not like when I had crack x repair foundation cracks.

He is creative and resourceful, easy to work with, professional, and reasonably priced. Completed the work on time and with care.

It took Justin a long time to get to my job because he is very busy. However, I was very pleased with the quality of his work, and his flexibility to add on other small jobs without giving me a hassle. He was a nice guy and was easy to work with. His price was fair. I would certainly hire him again.

I did my homework on this project and all signs pointed to Jason...he did not disappoint. We got a competitive price (I had 3 other bids) and the work was scheduled and done in a timely and professional manner. Cutting into your basement foundation is serious stuff and you need someone knowledgable and experienced with a proven track record. Drycrete is the way to go...

Jon was quick to respond to our inquiry and was prompt in coming out to take a look at our project. He was very knowledgeable about why our existing concrete floor had deteriorated and how he would reconstruct our concrete floor with metal for more lasting durability. His quote was competitive and chose him because he took the time to tell us in detail what he would do. In the end the project took longer and was more involved that anticipated but he was still good about getting here to finish it while balancing his other customers. He is such a friendly, eager and hard worker that clearly takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy.

They are straight shooters, He does complete and accurate quotes. Anytime you want an extra, when you're in the process and you realise you can upgrade. He will give you a fair price, but he included everything. He said that if he underestimated it would be on him. It was painless process. He did an outstanding job.

We had a small *backyard* area that consisted of poorly paved asphalt, and wanted to create a new outdoor living space, including putting in a patio. We hired MasonWorks to excavate the existing asphalt and install a 12x27 patio with pavers. We had a lot of concerns regarding the grading of the patio due to flooding issues in our basement with the existing surface. Jeff spent a lot of time speaking with us, describing the process and allaying our concerns about the flooding. We were really impressed with his level of knowledge and felt very comfortable hiring him to do the work. Jeff's crew worked very quickly; the entire job was done in 2.5 days. It is impossible to access our backyard with heavy equipment, so all of the asphalt *up to 10" thick in some spots) was dug up by hand and removed in buckets. While excavating the backyard, some issues with our foundation were discovered (which we were expecting due to the flooding issues in the basement)...some crumbling brick and a hole from an old casement window that had just been filled with an insulation type material (?%#!!). Jeff's crew neatly repaired the foundation/window space with concrete and it now has a nice finished look. The cost for this extra work was very reasonable. As for the patio work, we were really impressed with the attention to detail and how expertly the patio was graded. There were a number of pavers that needed to be cut in order to fit properly. We have not had any issues with flooding or leaks in the basement since the patio was laid. Jeff's crew and foreman, Bruno, were all very professional, polite, and responsive and worked long hours to get the job done. The crew cleaned up the space after each work day. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and plan to give MasonWorks a call when we finally get around to doing something about driveway and stone steps in the front of our house.

Every aspect of dealing with Peter Maguire was what one could hope for with a contractor / mason. His response to inquiries was punctual; communication was clear and informative, the work was done promptly, efficiently, and with care. Peter mentioned issues he observed, suggested remedies, and went out of his way to communicate. He and his one assistant were the ones present on the job site and we always felt secure having him on the job and on our property. We received updates throughout the day on progress as the job moved along. I can't imagine a better experience and would certainly work with Peter and Daniel again!

Fabulous, Fernando was very helpful and responsive and very attentive to details. When major problems in my1920 house foundation were uncovered they made the major repairs and the front foundation wall is now solid again. Marcel and Roger are superior craftsmen and polite and nice. Their work drew raves reviews from my neighbors. They were very hard working and thoughtful about leaving the porch useable as quickly as possible. They did not smoke, so, no butts, a plus. They were careful and did not damage any plants or flowers in my yard. They did not leave nails or other small debris in the yard. I am very pleased and will have them back to do any needed work.

They arrived when expected and worked hard. Upon getting into the areas they were repairing they came across more issues and it took them longer than expected, but the price did not change. They worked cleanly inside and out and cleaned up with no messes left behind. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

James at Diorio was my initial point of contact. He scheduled the original consultation and was prompt and clear when discussing the project during the initial visit. He provided a detailed quote which was reasonably priced when compared to others. This project involved replaced a cracked concrete slab under a house addition and replacing old laly columns that supported the addition. They also extended my deck so it was twice the previous size and replaced all railings and old decking, basically only using the supports from the old deck. While doing this project, we also discovered that the gutters on my house led to a pipe that went through masonry, but had degraded over time and was ruining the masonry under the deck, so they rerouted the gutters and corrected the water damage. Derek and James performed the majority of the work themselves and hired help on the specific days it would be needed. They communicated regularly with me about when they would and would not be coming to work on the project and explained all work done very clearly. I enjoyed working with them and have now signed a contract for them to build out the attic of my house, which a considerably larger project than this one was.

Project went really well, very small punch list. A couple of change orders on found items but they were always discussed and approved before work began. Will use Jeff again.
