THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, AND DID A FINE JOB. NOT SURE HOW GOOD THEY WOULD DO ON A MORE INTRICATE/COMPLICATED WORK

Very hard working, polite workers. They were perfectionist and very cautious. Everything was done in a timely manner and to my expectation. They made sure everything was cleaned up upon departure. I would hire them again.

Richard Myles was great to work with - very professional and helpful. He updated us regularly on next steps and timelines. He gave us his expert advice when we were not 100% on a shade. He even dropped off some paint samples he painted on paper for us to look at colors he thought we'd like. We both thought Richard was friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. He is also open to smaller projects, which we appreciated.

Exceedingly well. Abe's crew were professionals of the highest degree. The quality of the work was excellent, the speed was good (painting is a slow process; our 2200sq ft colonial took about 2 weeks start to finish, which is fast for a good painting job). What I really liked was that the crew went over and above. They painted my railings, even though that wasn't discussed as part of the job. My neighbor was surprised at how clean the scraping job was--he didn't have any paint flecks on his property and I had very little. In short--trustworthy crew, amazing work, and a very very happy customer.

Wade, the owner, was very professional and clear on what to expect. He and his crew were on time, easy to work with, and respectful. The house looks great, with no damage to landscaping from ladders, etc.

Everything went very well. Great people. Showed up when expected. They were very courteous at all times. They even replaced the outside floodlight light bulbs while they were up on their high ladders.

Gabe's crew did a wonderful job and were very responsive to my concerns and requests. The cost of the job was higher than the estimate because I needed 2 sets of shutters which Gabe ordered for me at my request. They came back and put the painted shutters back on the house as soon as they came in - as promised. My house has never looked this good and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. (Well- I might hesitate because if he is too busy he won't be able to come back and do some interior painting for me some other time. :-) ) Thanks to all for a job well done!

Ed came by to give an estimate unexpectedly due to a miscommunication with my husband. He was visibly displeased that I was not expecting him, but prepared a careful, detailed estimate. His crew of 1-3 guys (we were told there would be 2-3) scraped, sanded and painted our house. The finished product is satisfactory--there were a few spots I thought could have been prepped better. The biggest complaint is on his crew's attention to detail and cleanup--they had to come back 3 times to finish touchups and cleanup. They had left paint drips, bleached a spot on our porch rug, not painted shutter screws, etc. In the end, Ed asked me to inspect their work before they left for the last time. I would have preferred not to babysit his workers and would have liked that he checked his job site to ensure that the work was up to his standards before calling a job finished. Ed was not always a pleasure to deal with but did want us to be satisfied with his services.

They showed up on schedule and always returned my calls which is very important. My house is large with wood siding. The prep work was done excellently. They completely stripped down to the wood the peeling side of my house. They replaced all split and rotten boards, replaced some rotten trim, replaced any nails sticking out with screws, chalked all areas, primed and painted with 2 coats. I also had a leak which we thought was coming from where the porch attaches to the house and they pulled the shingles and siding off the area and put flashing and a water barrier underneath. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Painted shutters and rehung them. I would highly recommend them.

First of all, the owner Marc is a very pleasant person to work with. He aims to please and while he didn't do any of the painting himself, he was here almost every day to check on the job and to see if there were any concerns/issues. The painters were very neat and respectful of the property and put in full days working efficiently. During the job, it was noted that there was some carpentry work that needed to be done and Marc promptly had a carpenter here to do the work. I needed to have a shutter replaced and Marc took care of having one custom made. I was satisfied with the job and would hire Marc and his staff again.

I was especially impressed by Metropolitan's prep work. They started by scraping, then used a power sander, and finally pressure washed everything. The actual painting went well, too. House and outbuilding look 100% better, and because of the prep work I expect the paint job to last a while.

Sean was great to deal with. Honest and reliable. Did a great job repainting shutters. Dealt with some issues of the shutters being installed incorrectly. Very pleased with results. My home looks awesome! Would definitely hire again.

We have been using Richard for 20 or 25 years. His service is always fantastic with high quality workmanship. He takes care of every detail in a kind, courteous and thoughtful manner. His scraping and prep work are amazing. The last time he painted for us it lasted for 11 years (we probably should have done it over a year earlier but waited). He has redone things for us, searched for shutters to match our old ones, repainted (without complaint) when I didn't like the color and is generally a really quality painter. He did some faux painting for a friend of mine and it came out great. His pricing is good and came up and finished up when the painter our General Contractor was using gave us a ridiculously high price for some small work. Fair, honest, competent and nice. You can't ask for more.

Very well. Erivan started the project on time and he was onsite throughout. He and his crew of two are skilled careful painters. Each day they arrived at 8 am and never left before 5 pm. They were respectful of my home and gardens. Cheerful and polite. Erivan helped me make some good decisions during the project. Best of all I’m very happy with the finished job.
