The week before he replaced my toilet he provided me with a 30 minute free estimate and as a result of his advice I went with a toilet that he recommended over one that I had initially been looking at. Aside from now having a great new toilet, the new install eliminated a basement leak problem that was occurring from the original toilet. Service that I especially appreciated: Robert picked up the new toilet from Lowes for me and disposed of the old toilet. I will definitely call R.H. Jim Richard took my phone call and was able to come to the house within the hour. He evaluated the situation and determined the flanges (approx. 45 years old) needed replacement. Flanges and toilets in two bathrooms were fixed and replaced withing 2 1/2 hours. Mr. Richard was very professional -- told me exactly what he was going to do, did not do any damage to my new tiled floors, and let the area very clean.

Although priced higher than two other estimates, only one who could do job in a timely fashion, furnish new toilet, remove old toilet, so can't complain too much about price. This company is run by a father and son who were both very helpful in helping me decide what type and brand of new toilet I wanted to get and came within a few days of my having made the decision to buy a Gerber toilet with comfort height. The job would normally have taken less than an hour, but John found that the original toilet had never been seated properly ( flanges and sealing wax had to be replaced ), so it actually took him much longer to replace the toilet, but still charged me the original quote, which included removal of the old toilet! I was very happy with the his services, the toilet works great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Thanks John and Jay!

I initally called them about a clogged shower drain. After telling them that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix the clog, they referred me to a drain company who was able to finally fix the problem. That experience was so positive that when our toilet broke, I called them about replacing it. They helped us pick out a replacement toilet and gave us a quote for installing it and removing the old toilet. They were upfront that the cost might be more if there was a problem with the flange, but fortuantely there was not and they were able to replace the toilet with no problem.

Pete quickly responded to my message on his website. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Not knowing anything about toilets, I was thankful for Pete's recommendation to get a Toto toilet for $430. Pete was right on time the day of installation, very efficient, and professional. Unfortunately, there was a problem with some work another plumber did several years ago. An additional part had to be ordered, and a second visit was required for an additional $200. There was no way of knowing about the problem until the old toilet was removed. The toilet is now working great, and I am very happy. I would definitely call Pete in the future..

Recent Review: John and his son Mike were fantastic. Professional, incredibly responsive to my first phone call and throughout as we scheduled the work. When they got to my home and went to install the vanity in my master bath they opened the box and immediately showed me that it was destroyed - apparently looking like it had been dropped from a forklift. I had to arrange a replacement with Home Depot, and they offered to pick up the new vanity at the store. And, before they left they opened the additional boxes with the granite countertop and glass medicine cabinet to make sure there were no other damages. They worked efficiently and cleaned up and just made it a great experience all around. And the pricing was very reasonable based on other quotes I'd received.

Recent Review: Crescent Plumbing answered my 10:30am phone call on the 1st ring. Said they could get someone to my house by around 12pm. Joe arrived just before 1pm. Reviewed toilet drain pipe problem - cracked drain pipe. Since this was a 1 bathroom house, they gave us high priority and started working right away. Owner of the company stopped by to give Joe a hand. They opened up the ceiling directly below the toilet drain. Messy work. They cut away all of the old lead pipe back to a clean brass fitting. They installed a rubber adapter boot and new PVC pipe and flange. Reinstalled the toilet, checked for leaks, and were done in 2 hours. Amazing. I'm was very impressed with several aspects of this experience: 1) They answered my phone call after one ring, with a human being. 2) They were able to get to my house in about 2 hours. 3) They moved other calls around to fit my job in because my house is a one toilet house. 4) They finished the work in 2 hours. 5) They had everything they needed onhand (in the truck). 6) The company owner came out to help Crescent Plumbing is tops in Arlington as far as I'm concerned and will definitely get a call from me next time I need plumbing help.
