This is a long-delayed review of a superlative service provider. We found George Lucey on Angie's List and called to schedule an appointment when our shower clogged. His wife takes his calls and is as friendly and helpful as George is. He not only came over right away, but he cleared the drain in record time and gave me tips for preventing clogs in the future. When I mentioned that we also had a leak under the sink, he took care of it that same day. Without my even asking, he gave me a 10% Angie's List discount on the bill. His prices were very fair. I will definitely use him again and recommend him without hesitation.

Bath tub drain was cleared and demonstrated by flushing water to view where drain was cleared. Shower drain was not cleared by Eddie since he demonstrated that this was the way it drains. He pointed out that the drain screen was not screwed in but grouted on and does not want to remove and break the integrity of the structure.

Anthony took a different approach drilled a hole in the sink drain and snaked it through that way. Recent Review: Went very well overall. Had a sewage back-up in the basement and they had someone over first thing in the morning who diagnosed and performed the service asap.
Recent Review: When I called the company, Van answered and was actually concerned for me since it was our shower that was blocked. He came within an hour and tried to see if the snake would unclog the drain and it somewhat did but Van took the time (hours) to fix it correctly. The original plumber put the connector in wrong where the pipe was collecting over the years slowly in sink pipe on first floor. Van opened up the sink pipe and showed me what was happening.. I appreciated this since usually past plumbers didn't care to show us what was going on. Since taking the pipe was a messy job where other plumbers would have left sewage for me to clean, Van didn't. Van cleaned the floor for me! Excellent service. I highly recommend him!

Super Service Award Recent Review: I have only great things to say about Dan & Anna at DMG Plumbing. They do things correctly. Highly responsive, highly detailed in estimates and Dan does quality work. When we had a bit of a minor situation in our basement last year, Dan swung by to check on us at no charge (nothing needed to be done but it was awesome that he cares about his customers). We're definitely going to utilize them again in future renovations (the other bathrooms, laundry rooms) and we have no hesistation to recommend them to anyone for plumbing.
Super Service Award Recent Review: We called AA Zack about 8:00 AM in the morning and someone was here by 10:00 (earlier than they estimated on the phone). Asher was very professional and thorough and kept everything clean. He had to use the snake more than once and also used the air gun when the snake did not work the first time. He had to run the snake the full length (25') to get it clear. Our drain is running perfectly now. Excellent and professional service. We even got a follow up call to make sure everything was OK.
