Paul, Ed, and everyone at Quality were personable, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to give us an estimate on the spot and it was the lowest of all the other bids. Not only did they deliver and install the doors and windows we ordered, repair the flashing, and install the peep hole, they also made repairs to some existing windows and screens for no extra charge. I would recommend Quality to anyone needing new windows or doors. We were very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again.

I contacted the provider in advance to request the garage doors, steps, microwave, and installation of some security lighting in areas where I made clear I did not currently have any fixtures. I was told all of these would be doable by two people in one day. Everything was fine with the garage doors, the steps, and the microwave. However, when I asked about the lighting, the two men indicated that the lighting would have to be done by a registered electrician, as wiring would have to be run to the locations, and neither of them was an electrician. When I said I had made it clear that the lights needed wiring run when I first asked if all my requests could be accomplished, they were unaware that I had been told it could be done. Bottom line was that I could not get any security lighting installed. When I tried to think of something else that they could do, since the electrical work could not be done, I asked them to install a peephole in the door. Although it looks very professionally installed, they failed to ask how high I wanted it in the door. As a result, I can only see out of the peephole if I stand on tiptoes and twist my neck to be able to see as high as possible.

The process went wonderfully. My old door needed to be replaced and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process or better door. The best part about it is that the door sits well with its historic surroundings and blends in amazingly.

Precision Door Service
We had our entire garage door system replaced last year. The installation was smooth, the installers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the door is terrific. (Our adult son says that if he could fall in love with a garage door, ours would be it!) We had service today because the door had developed a hitch that nearly always stopped the door from closing on the first try. The technician was on time, again friendly and knowledgeable, and found the solution to a difficult-to-diagnose issue, which he corrected. I recommend them.

Doug's choice
Doug did a great job replacing our back door. He was able to select a replacement door that fit perfectly after a quick visit to our home. He was able to pull out the old door and fit the new one in just a few hours. Doug also went the extra mile to get us new deadbolt hardware after finding that our old deadbolt did not fit inside the new door. Doug was fast, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I'd hire him again in a second.

Recent Review: It went excellently. Door Systems, Inc. was professional and efficient in arranging an appointment for me right away when I called them. The technician (Paul) came right on time, as promised. Paul was courteous, exceptionally helpful, and very professional . He fixed the problem, left by the original installer, in about 1/2 hour. He also checked the door for proper operation, showed me how the various adjustments worked on the door opener, and tested the door's safety devices. He was a professional and a gentleman. I was very pleased with his services. My only regret is that I did not hire Door Systems, Inc last March when I began the process of purchasing/installing a new garage door. I think it would have been a pleasure to work with them. The company which I hired (Trinity Garage Door, Dedham, MA.), as part of an Angie's List "BigDeal" offer, was awful to work with and did such a poor job that I ended up contacting Door Systems, Inc. and a licensed electrician (John Vespa Electrical contractors of Dedham, MA) to correct the poor quality work done by Trinity Garage doors. Door Systems, Inc and John Vespa Electrical rescued me from an expensive mess (at a cost, of course but It was well worth it!)
Super Service Award Recent Review: My initial contact was via email. After giving him the dimensions and some pictures of the old bulkhead, he gave me a quote. We agreed on a day and time, and Joe and his crew arrived on time. They installed a new bulkhead, which was already primed and ready to paint. Very nice job. They took the old one away, so that was one less job that I had to do. Also, they did the work on a day of high heat and humidity. I highly recommend him.
