Boston Gutter Guard Installation

We have wanted to get gutter guards for a number of years on our gambrel style home and finally decided to take the leap. We're not getting any younger and the thought of my husband on a ladder in all kinds of weather was getting scary. After doing a bit of research on different types of guards and companies as well as talking to friends and neighbors I called O"Lyn Roofing. Marty came out to our home within a few days and we discussed options - he knows his products! Marty knew just what we needed, it was a huge relief to work with someone with experience and I didn't feel as though I was being "sold" on a product I didn't want or need. He estimated approximately three weeks for installation and he was right on the money, I received a call from the production department in the morning and by the end of the day the work was finished (and they cleaned all the gutters first!). The communication and follow up was excellent through the entire process. I wish we had done it sooner - my husband said it is one of the best presents he's ever had!

Fox did an excellent job. They were on time and the work was well done. They even cleaned up all the dibre and left my yard looking the same as when they arrived.

Tom's evaluation was inline with other quotes we received and he was willing to perform some small add on tasks we wanted. These included installing two bathroom fan vents for future fans and hardware cloth under the new ridge vent cap to discorage some local wild life that had been entering through gaps in our old ridge vent. We picked him due to his competitive price and strong reviews. On the day of installation the team showed up promptly at 8 and got started immediately. They had the roof stripped and the new under layment installed by noon and finished the main job by evening. No surprises were encountered so the job stayed on budget. A crew returned about a week later to install the gutter guards. Winter 2015 is wrapping up now and so far so good. No leaks and the roof/skylights look great.

Ward was very prompt with coming out for the estimate. He mentioned installing gutter guards and I did some research to understand which ones we wanted. Rich did the work. He removed the old screens. Cleaned them. He installed the new Amerimax gutter guards. He didn't flush them which Ward said they would. I questioned Rich and he said they didn't need it. He cleaned up after himself and I'm very pleased.

The service from Green Monster Gutters was excellent. Had several discussions with Paulo to discuss the project and costs before beginning. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. After completion, Paulo gave a demo of the work, including a drone flyover with a live camera to view the tops of the gutters and gutter guards- it was really cool! Green Monster Gutters does exceptional craftwork. I would hire again and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Very good. The two people who came out noticed that the downspout was split and offered to replace and paint it, which they did on the spot. They came the next day to install gutter guards, after I explained that we get water pouring over the corners of the gutters.

The installer's name is Dave and I believe he is the owner of Progress Seamless Gutters. They were excellent and reasonable as well. They were very prompt, detailed and knew exactly what they were going to do. He went stuff over with me and he did exactly that. He told me when he was going to come out and he completed to install the gutters that day. There were no problems.

After looking at the gutters, Phil Buswell proposed solutions that sounded like they would resolve the problems. However, when I asked about his company's warranty he said they wouldn't provide one. When I told him I wouldn't do business with a company that refused to stand behind its work he said he'd think about it and put something in the estimate. I never heard back from him.

I’ve been doing business with Reggie for almost 10 years and he’s always done a great job at a fair price. I recently moved to a new house and he helped to get the gutters cleaned and installed gutter guards to keep the leaves and debris out going forward.
