Recent Review: I needed to get a 1928 bungalow in Dudley ready for sale. What made the project unusual was that I was in Maryland and Corey in Massachusetts, resulting in most of our communication being via email and cell phone. The best part - our being in different and distant locations was never an issue. I initially met with Corey in May to describe my ideas and get his recommendations on what would work within my budget. The house had never really been remodeled and needed a complete gut of the bathroom, a new laundry area, and a reconfiguration of the kitchen. Corey and his team, including electrician and plumber, took the bathroom down to the studs and relocated the sink and vanity, installed a new ceiling and drywall, and installed all new fixtures, lighting, and accessories. The new bathroom was up to code, looked more spacious, and was now a selling point. Adjacent to the bathroom, CORE created a laundry room completely ready with new plumbing and electrical work. The existing kitchen layout did not function well. The kitchen sink and cabinets were in a small pantry in the rear of the house and the eat-in kitchen with stove and refrigerator down a hallway on the other side. With the pantry area now set up as a laundry room, CORE?s team was able to create an efficient kitchen workspace by installing new upper and lower cabinets, countertop, sink, disposal, and dishwasher where none had previously existed. The transformation was amazing and, like the bathroom, now a selling feature. Of course, items came up during the process that were not anticipated. Corey always called me to discuss the issue, made several suggestions on how to deal with it, and got my permission to implement what would work best. The work his team did was excellent, cognizant always of what code required, and thorough. The price was well within the norm for the Worcester area. It is that quality and focus on the client that made working with CORE such a positive experience.

Recent Review: I ordered a laminate countertop to be installed and upon seeing the finished product, I thought a mistake had been made and granite had been installed instead because it looked so beautiful! Everyone associated with Jack's was professional, friendly and helpful. I will soon be having another countertop installed and will be using the services of Jack's Custom Woodworking.

Recent Review: They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service.

Recent Review: Interior painting: Tom Curren Companies has painted many rooms in our house at various times over the past few years. Tom has always been helpful in planning the job and recommending color choices. The painters have all been neat and professional, and never leave a mess. We have been very happy with their service. Kitchen remodeling: Tom Curren Companies remodeled our kitchen in approximately 2008. They replaced the cabinets and appliances, installed granite counters, and installed a ceramic tile backsplash. Tom worked with me to choose the granite, the tile and the cabinets. The job was done very professionally, on time and on budget. It turned out just the way we wanted. Bathroom remodeling: Tom Curren Companies has remodeled two bathrooms in our house -- the master bath and a second bath. In the master bath, they installed a marble floor and counters, a new glass shower enclosure with rain shower fixture, and glass tile in the shower and as a backsplash. In the second bath, they removed the tub and installed a tile shower, a new tile floor and new vanity. All of the work was done very professionally, on time and on budget. We have been very happy with the results. Handyman: We have hired Tom Curren Companies on many occasions to do handyman work, including inspecting and replacing siding on the house exterior, inspecting and replacing decking on our deck and screened-in porch, and fixing things in the house. We have been very happy with their work.

Recent Review: Jose and his team were a pleasure to work with, very professional and responsive. Jose is easy to get a hold of via email, text or phone. His team were there when they said they would be and did a great job! The granite is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Jose recommended a back splash with the granite, it came out perfectly. We have a large island that needed braces installed, they made a special trip out to install the island after the braces were installed. They were even able to overcome our non-level house issues. Overall it was a terrific experience.

Recent Review: The Granite Guys replaced kitchen and bathroom countertops within the last two weeks. From the initial visit to the shop to final installation, each phase was completed as agreed. Kyra was knowledgeable, helpful, honest and pleasant. Her installers were efficient, timely, professional and competent. I would highly recommend The Granite Guys to all.

Recent Review: Ed and team at Granite Brothers were fantastic to work with! I called a few places and Ed was so responsive and made the whole process simple. I had my dated kitchen countertops replaced with quartzite and a new glass tile backsplash installed. Luis came to my house the Tuesday a week or so following my initial contact and did a template, the countertops were installed on Thursday, and backsplash on Saturday of the same week. Highly recommend!!!
