9/21/20 : Last night, we lost all heating, cooling and ventilation in our Trane Heat Pump. I called Royal this morning to schedule a service call and spoke with Kate, who listened closely to my observations and suggested, "Try powering down the TAM7 and Condenser, wait 15 seconds, then power up. Bingo! Our heating and cooling came back to life! (Either the TAM7 or the Honeywell Smart Thermostat needed a reboot) Wow - Kudos to Kate for helping us solve the problem - that's "world class" customer service! Once again, Royal Air has exceeded our expectation and continues to prove they are "the best of Boston". 6/5/20 : Our Trane TAM7 AHU power supply burned out and Royal Air provided superb customer service! Megan was wonderful with "squeezing in" a initial service call, ordering the replacement part and scheduling the follow up visit. Nick was great at troubleshooting and resolving the problem. Their whole team continues to exceed my expectations. Congratulations Royal Air for outstanding customer service and value!
