Recent Review: Simon and his crew did an outstanding job! He is a perfectionist and has a wide range of knowledge and skills. When he found damage underneath rotten trim boards, he fixed it thoroughly. While I was initially dubious about hiring a handyman to stain the cedar siding, he did a much better job sanding, prepping and finishing the job than any previous "painter" had done, and in fact, he had to correct the errors of the last painter I hired. He transformed a sagging 70 yr old detached garage into an upright, reinforced solid structure that looked like new! He and his crew, were unfailingly polite and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again!

Recent Review: I used Perry Brothers on several projects. They always had the resources to handle any unforeseen issues during the project. Communication was always good as the project was underway. The crew was friendly, professional and maintained a safe and clean work site from start to finish. I would recommend Perry Brothers to friends/family.

I also hold a "Home Improvement Contractors License" with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Presently Public Relations/ Marketing Chairman of Massachusetts Locksmith Association Besides me I have one "part-timer" Fred, who is a former Chelsea MA police officer and 2 other sub contractors. Bonded Lock Service became incorporated in the state of Massachusetts in 2002. While we've done jobs up into New Hampshire, west to Wachusett and down to the Cape Cod Canal. Today, I'm the grandfather of two beautiful children, a boy and a girl.

Recent Review: he was very responsive and professional and could handle any task - I am not sure if cost was similar or more expensive than others but he did an excellent job in repairing locks- door jamb- wood and concrete

Recent Review: I called Casey in the evening about a broken extension spring, I appreciated him responding and scheduling to come out for the repair as soon as possible in the morning. He assessed carefully and provided options and fair estimates. After the repair, he made an adjustment (down!!) to his estimate when he found that a lighter gauge spring was actually needed to balance the door properly. He is honest and knowledgable. I will not hesitate to call on him for future garage door service.

Recent Review: Jay was courteous, prompt and efficient. I called him at 8:00 this a.m., and he arrived around 8:45 as stated. He was able to fix issue and provide support so that we would not have a problem in the future. He and assistant were able to make repairs within about 15 minutes of arrival. Will definitely call him in future w/any garage door needs. ***BONUS*** Cost of job was $75 but w/Angie's List 20% off coupon, we paid $60

In the past we've installed bat houses, repaired decks, righted sheds & concrete stairs, re-screened/repair patio doors & wheels, fixed cabinet doors, repaired exterior rot (selectively) with new trim or rot specific hardeners. Hung pictures and paintings, assembled diy furniture and yard playsets. Cleaned gutters, pressure washed for miles, install/repair storm drs. Really the variety is boundless with the only exception being jobs that require bldg. permits.

Recent Review: Work proceeded very smoothly. The handyman they sent, Chris, worked conscientiously from morning till night. He made sure all the jobs were done to my satisfaction. He fixed our garage door opener which we had been told by another company couldn't be done, thereby saving us a lot of money. Also managed to find a remote that worked with it since we no longer had the old ones. He seemed very knowledgeable about just about everything that needed to be done. He worked with little supervision and was sensitive about not being intrusive. He was also happy to answer any questions and quite pleasant to be around. He was also a very neat worker and always cleaned up after himself, even if he couldn't finish the job until later. He also showed up on the day and time that he promised. I have hired a lot of handymen over the years, but rarely have I been satisfied with the work, due to incompetence, sloppiness or worse. I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism shown by Chris. I would definitely use him again.

Recent Review: They came out and inspected the doors and lubricated and basically tuned them up. They looked at the broken glass and gave an estimate on it repair which I agreed to. Had to run out and get the glass and began repairing. As he was putting the final touch on the glass, it cracked and had to be replaced again which he quickly pointed out would not cost me. The down side was that he had to reschedule to come back again to finish the repair. Overall nice job, and would use them again.

Recent Review: After another company came out and scratched their heads, Lowell overhead door came out (promptly) and knew what was needed right away. they ordered the parts, got back to me promptly and worked with my schedule to come out and do the repair. Nice people; professional and competent. They are my go-to company. I didn't shop around for price, but they seem reasonable for the work that was done.
