Recent Review: My roof repair was the result of neglectful work performed by another construction company. I called Diamond Construction, Inc., who promptly remediated all of the problems that had been left by using another company. Diamond Construction, Inc. were professional from the onset. John came to my home within 24 hours and was thorough, looking at every aspect of my roof to determine the cause for the leaks. Rain water was coming through skylights and onto a newly installed walnut floor. John assured me he would find the issue and fix it without delay. John then provided me with a detailed written estimate after carefully looking at a portion of my roof that was leaking. In addition, they after inspecting the entire roof, John found several issues that I may have not realized were present, such as missing flashing around 3 chimneys. The company is run by a husband and wife team. Laize is wonderful, always on task and keeping the customer in mind at all times. She is proactive in making sure that the project is running successfully. John, the owner is all about customer service and although he keeps a busy schedule, calls are promptly returned. I was so happy with the roofing repairs that I hired Diamond Construction, Inc to also replace all of the gutters at my house. John and Laize are a super team but most of all trustworthy and super competent. The work that was done at my home was done with permits from the town as required by law, on time and as specified. No corners were cut, no issue was left unattended from start to finish. I am extremely happy that I found Diamond Construction Inc, located in Grafton, MA. and will use them again if the need arises.

They called me back the Monday after my Saturday evening call, did an estimate on Tuesday (identified the reason for the leakage and offering two different options – we went for the more complete, ideally longer-lasting one), and squeezed this admittedly small job in between other jobs within a few weeks. From the moment I called him to ask for an estimate until the job was complete he was extremely responsive and addressed any worry or concern I had. After having solar panels put on our roof we began to have a small leak. I texted him and he called me back within an hour on his day off. Within 24 hours (on the weekend) he was on my roof looking at the issue and gave us all the information we needed to go after the solar panel company. He also fixed the problem. When you need a roof, Mac Roofing should be your company hands down. I highly recommend Mac to folks and could not be happier with the product. Joe contacted us immediately, came out the next day to evaluate problem. Was very thorough and made sure I understood what the problem was and how to fix it. He didn’t pressure us and was reasonably priced. He came to do the job within a few days, explained what he did and backs his work. We would recommend him highly.

Recent Review: Though listed as a handyman, we used Todd primarily for ceiling repairs. Maybe he should be listed as a plasterer. The advantage of using Todd instead of a regular plasterer is that while a coat of plaster dried he could do projects around the house. Impressively, he even identified and fixed the cause of a leak that ruined the worst ceiling. His workmanship was great. His innovation was wonderful. The only snag we ran into was pricing. We chose to use Todd, who was the highest priced fellow we interviewed, because he seemed extremely capable and knowledgeable. (Definitely get an estimate from this guy; you will learn something.) Our budget nearly doubled without our knowledge. If we had checked in with him half way this probably would not have happened. Both Todd and his partner, Dave, are a pleasure to have around the house.

Recent Review: After an initial meeting where pictures and measurements were taken, I quickly received a written quote in the mail. It was higher than another quote I'd gotten and I let them know. They came back with a new quote that was much more to my liking. I signed the contract and they picked it up. We scheduled a day to do the work and the guys showed up right on time. All my calls were either answered right away or returned promptly. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and attentive. Very professional.

Recent Review: I had a leak in my roof that was causing water damage in my ceiling. It was a tricky one to fix because of its location. I consulted 3 roofers total and Chris gave the most reasonable combined approach and price. They promptly fixed it in a single day (replacing a portion of my roof and rubber membrane to address the leak). I had a minor issue with the trim that I discovered after they finished (a metal piece was not square with the roof and jutted out over the plaster and was not anchored properly). I informed Chris and he happily fixed the issue. Overall, I am happy with Chris' work!

Recent Review: I called Ted when I noted that some of the shingles had blown off the roof during a storm. He returned my call within 24 hours and came out that evening to look at the roof to see what needs to be done. He made a point of coming by the next day to do the repair so with the next rain storm, the roof will be all set and not be at risk of leaking. His price was very reasonable and it included the extra shingles that came with the bundle which left behind in case more repairs are needed in the future. I would absolutely use him again.

Recent Review: Prestige was great, we had an emergency situation with the bad weather expected. They returned my call quickly, and were on site the same day, found the problems and fixed them them the next day!
